This preppy, yet sophisticated dress by Trina Turk was perfect for a day walking the town in DC. The summer cut with the fall fabric and colors were on point for our early September trip! In my opinion, it runs true to size. It was fitted in the bust and midsection, but not tight. I have the zipper pulled up in this photo because we were visiting the Capitol Building, but it was easily relaxed for lunch and drinks by unzipping it a bit. You can wear a standard bra with this dress. At 5’10”, the length was mid-thigh for me and perfect for a warm day. I paired it with sneakers and a crossbody since we were sightseeing, but I’m planning on dressing it up the next time I wear it for brunch with the girls!

This feminine, boho dress by ALÉMAIS was a dream to wear on a quick weekend getaway to Palm Beach. In my opinion, it runs true to size. Make sure you are ordering the correct US size equivalent! In my case, a US size 10 is the size 14 in this style. The dress is fitted at the bust, but loose through the midsection and down. It worked well for me as a C-cup with no issues, so I think you could wear this with a larger chest. Because of the straps, you’ll either have to wear a strapless bra or go braless with this one. I chose the strapless bra, but the fabric seemed thick enough to opt out altogether. At 5’10”, the length hit just above the ankle. I paired it for brunch with white sandals, dangly gold and stone earrings, and a Staud bag. Compliments galore!

I loved this trendy vest from Lee (hear me out)! In my opinion it runs true to size with plenty of stretch. I recommend renting your normal size. I would not have been able to button it completely - I didn't plan to, but it wouldn't have worked out if I was going for a more modest look - and I did end up wearing shape-wear. This super fun top by Scotch & Soda was easy breezy to wear! In my opinion it runs true to size but with an intentional oversized-boxy look. I wore this to a day time street party where I was outside the whole time in Florida weather and it did not disappoint! I stayed cool the entire time. It is slightly sheer, but I wore it with a nude t-shirt bra and you couldn't even tell. I'm usually a medium, but I planned to wear it with white cut off denim shorts, and I didn't also want my midriff showing, so I got a large and it was still very flattering on. The tie in the front gives you the options to make it as longer or shorter depending on how comfortable you are with your tummy showing.
