I wore this to my cousin's bachelorette party (it was a little too close to being white in pictures but it was very pretty light pink in person). It looked great but as another reviewer mentioned it creased easily and the top was very stiff, I did not need to wear a bra. Really pretty and looked great with black heels. Probably not great for someone with curves, but it gave me the illusion of having them and was easy to wear.

I found this dress in the Flatiron store as a last minute replacement dress (Shout out to RTR customer service for being all around helpful and great, thank you!!). It was perfect for the black tie wedding I was going to, I got a ton of compliments and it was very comfortable for the night as well as being classy af. The see through stripes are not as obvious in real life, but it's an interesting visual detail. It ran a little long. I wore 3in heels and it was dragging a tiny bit in the back, so I just had to be careful to keep it away from people. This dress would be great for winter as well, I would definitely rent it again and highly recommend it. I could have worn a regular bra, but since it is a boatneck I thought it would be easier just to wear a strapless. The material is stretchy but not so tight as to be a pair of spanx.

this dress is gorgeous. i did not end up wearing for my event because it was frigid in NYC, but i would get it again because it is THAT pretty. i wore it out to dinner instead just so i could wear it around. the color is hard to picture from the computer, but it is a deep teal that looked amazing with my skin tone. the boning in the top held everything in, and i didn't need to wear a bra. the zipper is a tiny bit sticky, as others have mentioned, and the straps are a tiny bit long, but the bodice was tight enough that it could have been strapless. overall- it gave me a very flattering waistline and was very fun to wear. i would happily wear again to an semi-formal event.

I rented this to wear to a bridal shower, but wore it to Easter Sunday because I wanted to use it despite the frigid weather in NYC. I cut the tags off this dress which was fun, because I would never ever buy this. The material appears to be a solid print, but it is actually a woven material over a knee length lining. Pretty, but more casual than anticipated. It was impossible for me to wear a bra with this dress, though it was like wearing a bathing suit top. I had to wear a sweater all day over the dress because it was literally the coverage level of a bathing suit, and inappropriate for a family party. The size of the top parts would probably make this better for someone with a smaller/flat chest. This was in contrast to the amount of material used in the skirt, which was excessive voluminous and totally a drag getting in and out of cars, doorways and around other people. I would only recommend to someone very tall and thin and easy-going. Overall very pretty, but wouldn't rent again.

this bag was super convenient and cute. the bucket shape is on point, the straps (handbag strap AND cross body!) are convenient, and you can tell its good quality. the handles are a little worn, but it's not very noticeable. i really liked carrying this around and it could easily hold a makeup bag, wallet, phone, and other necessities.

I rented this as a last minute switch dress for a wedding. The top is sheer and the exposed back zipper add some edge to the precious floral print. I really liked this dress. It was flattering and I felt skinny in it. It's well made and the drop waist made me look bootylicious. I got lots of compliments and it was so pretty with simple black heels and gold jewelry. It stood out among the other wedding guests but was still understated. I would buy this dress and if you're on the fence, rent it!

I ordered this for a wedding bc it looked beautiful online. The neckline is stunning, the lace is beautiful and the tulle is princess-like. However, the silhouette is too short waisted and fluffy for it to be flattering. The arms were flattering. I didn't like how there was a line where the slip ended and the tulle began. I would probably rent this again for Easter brunch, a Christmas party, or my own bridal shower. It's a lot for a wedding and when I got to the church I was happy I found a new dress.

I rented this dress on a whim, and ended up wearing it to a networking/cocktail party for alumni of my undergrad. I loved this dress. It was perfect for an occasion of people coming from work, I felt dressed up but not overdressed. The pleated skirt is a lot of fun. I wore this dress with black flats and felt very sassy. It also made my figure look more hourglass-y and thin. Love that. If I owned this dress I would wear it to work or maybe like a confirmation, not a night out. It is very modest but very pretty. My boyfriend really liked it though, and encouraged me to wear it 2 nights in a row (um, no) because he liked it so much. If you are on the fence, definitely rent it!

I'm glad i went on a crash diet before wearing this dress. Many reviews say that it's flattering and hugs you in - the small size dress def does not hug you in- maybe i should have rented a smaller size. The horizontal stripes draw attention to any lumps or flub and you better be prepared to suck it in all night, even with your spanx on. this dress might be better for someone with hips, but it did give me an illusion of having them. Those considerations aside, this is a HOT dress. My. boyfriend was really into it and the color/style is bombshell material. I wore it with a dark red lip and it looked great and photographed well. I would def go smaller for my second size, the medium was much bigger. also, this dress is good for people with bigger boobs, i am a c and the top of the small was almost too big.

I wore this dress on a booze cruise and it was adorable. It's very casual, but was flattering and cute. I would buy this dress because it seemed perfect to throw on in the summer and look put together but not trying too hard. The front is a little low cut but I wore a strapless bra and it was fine.

I didn't wear this dress. I was bummed because it looked adorable online, but the shoulder cutouts made my shoulders look like a linebacker. Also, there is no cleavage going on and the higher neckline was not flattering on my larger chest. The waist was a little high and there was really nothing flattering about the cut of the dress. This would be better on someone who has a more defined waist, if you are straight up and down at least be really thin. The color was also less purple than it appears and more maroon. Overall, would not recommend. there are so many prettier dresses on this site.

liked this dress, very comfortable and looked great with black tights for a birthday party in February. wore with a black blazer over it and it was very sexy without being too revealing. My BF was skeptical when he saw it on the hanger, but it looked great on. i felt like the previous reviews made this out to be more stomach flattering than it actually was (not for pudge, or wear spanx) and the pics make it look sleeveless but there are actually tiny cap sleeves. very fun dress, wore under a black blazer with black tights and boots for a fashion week (legal) event. got complimented on my ensemble many times throughout the evening. it transitioned well to a going out dress afterwards (took off the blazer and was ready to party). the neckline is very cool and elevates the dress from another lbd. i wore a normal bra under it which was nice. the ruching did camouflage the stomach area, but i still felt better with my blazer on. there is a line down the front of the dress which kind of works against the nice ruching. i liked it a lot, and if i owned it it would be a staple. great for winter, the fabric was heavier. it was a little long (almost to my knees) which was find for the business-y event i was going to. i wore a size 6 which worked perfectly .

This dress was a perfect dress to stand out in a sea of black dresses. It is a forest green. it's kind of a heavy material, I wouldn't wear it in the summer or to a casual event. It is definitely very fitted in the hips/bum/midsection. If you have big hips, this will not work for you. I have no hips and I had a moment of panic when i tried on the size 6, luckily the 8 fit. The top is definitely geared towards people with bigger boobs, and requires tape. It did stay put all night though with some careful taping. in sum- no hips, large bust for this dress. I received lots of compliments and it was a sexy yet tasteful dress.

this dress was adorable. very cute and classy, without looking like i was trying too hard. it was fitted up top and stayed up well. I didn't need to wear a bra bc it had nice structure and was not in any danger of falling down. felt secure all night even while dancing. the cut was very flattering for camouflaging an apple shape. the fabric was heavy, and might have been hot, but i was on a booze cruise so it was colder anyway. the embroidery is a sparkly gold and the pockets were a nice touch. i wore with gold wedges and it was a perfect summery dress.

i rented this for a christmas party, thinking the gold would be festive. it was really gold and the cut was boxy. i did not end up wearing... the gold was unbelievably GOLD.

I looooved this dress! It was freezing at the venue but i took my blazer off so everyone could see the back. The back is very open, which was was great for me but not what i was expecting. If you have any back fat concerns or absolutely need to wear a bra this isn't the right dress. I really liked it though and it transitioned to going out after really well.

this dress is a gorgeous, unique color. the material was thin but felt appropriate for summer. it's kind of hard to tell from this picture, but this has a belt that comes out of the dress and its definitely shapeless without it. I didn't receive the belt when i received this dress, so I was unable to wear it... supposed to be getting credit though. :(

this dress is adorable. There is an interior closure that makes it a little tight up top if you have big boobs/ribcage, but it keeps the dress up really well. The pattern is adorable and the waistline hides abs that have had too much holiday food. Gives you a bit of a kim kardashian butt but very cute overall. I went online and bought it right after i sent it back. The fabric and quality are good.
