The dress is very pretty (and heavy) - I'd say good for fall/winter. I'm 5'4 and normally size 6. I had a size 8 and the dress fit perfect on my waist, but it was very loose on the top. The dress overpowered my body and I believe it works better on a taller person. Ended up not weakening as I had a different option.

The dress is fun, fancy and elegant. I didn't wear as this was a back up option and it was shorter than I wanted for a work event, also one size too small. The neck was very tight. In general it's an elegant dress.
