I rented this dress to wear to a wedding. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive on time, so I went to the Georgetown location to pick up a dress in person. This was very pretty and I will most likely rent it in the future. It was a classy, comfortable dress that works well for a number of different occasions. Now, I'm wondering if I should try to buy it so it will always be available!

This was a dress that didn't arrive on time for my event. I rented a different dress from the Georgetown RTR location. I think the fit was ok, but it wasn't as flattering as the other dress I rented. The top was very fitted, but it worked. The bottom was pretty poufy. I was told that it made my lower half look bigger. So, depending on your body shape, this might be the perfect dress for you. I may still rent this in the future for an event, knowing how it fits, but it wasn't my first choice of the two that I selected.

I did not receive my original rentals in time, so customer service said I could go to the Georgetown location and find a dress to wear to my event. I tried on four dresses, and that was pretty much everything they had in stock of the right size and style. There were two maybes besides this dress, but in the end, I selected this one. It was a nice fit, beautiful material. I would rent this item again. The top is unique and it worked best with a strapless bra for me.

I rented this along with some other tops as part of a Thanksgiving promotion. This was the clear favorite of the three. I had almost bought the same shirt in a different color a couple of months ago but decided against it, because the arms are a bit too long for me. But with the cuffs, it ends up looking fine. I had been having second thoughts about this shirt ever since, but after wearing it from RTR, I decided that I will buy it. It is super soft and looks really nice. It was probably the most casual of the three tops, but it is something I could see myself wearing frequently.

I rented this as part of a Thanksgiving promotion. I wore a different shirt on Thanksgiving, but wore this with family the following day. I thought the shirt was very cute, but the cut wasn't quite perfect on me. It ended up being a bit boxy. The material is soft and a little heavier than I expected, which was perfect for the cold weather we were having. The only negative is that it didn't seem to be very clean when it arrived. It had a slight smell that made me think of vomit or spit-up. Once I put on my perfume, that smell was less noticeable, but I almost didn't wear it for that reason.

This item was sent as a replacement for the teal version, as that one had been damaged by the previous renter and was not available to be sent for my event. The dress is really a great item. It is stretchy and forgiving and I imagine it fits many different body shapes well. My only issue was that the dress was sent without any communication from RTR, so I opened the package to find a dress in a color I would not have chosen for myself. I do like red, but I am a bit more conservative and don't tend to draw attention to myself, so it was too bright for me. The red is a warm red, where I normally wear neutral or cool colors. So it was less than ideal, and I would have chosen a different replacement dress based on that. Still, to be fair, I received many compliments and I still recommend RTR to people because in all the years of attending events and buying a dress, you end up with dresses in your closet that you might never wear again. I would definitely recommend this dress, if you are looking to stand out, because you will.

I got this dress as my backup style, but it ended up working better than my first choice. I think it's a great option because there is a great deal of flexibility in the cut. I wore a sticky bra, and taped the top to my skin so that it wouldn't expose too much cleavage. One thing - I am very short and wore heels that were probably 2-3" high. This dress required me to tape a significant amount of fabric up. I think it was about 6-7" too long! I used fashion tape so as not to damage the sequins. The designer tag didn't say it was petite, but I also received the regular length version and it was a big longer. I couldn't believe it was so long. I think from now on, I will stick with shorter dresses.
