Like other reviewers here (thank goodness they suggested it) I wore this dress backwards and it was totally fine. Got compliments all night. The V was just too deep to wear it forwards. Having the V in the back made a bra tough so I went without (wore Lily Pads). I'm small chested and this dress was great. I could see it being more problematic for more well endowed ladies. I would rent again!

I'm generally a size 4-6, but the Small was extremely tight, and the Medium wasn't much better. It's a knit material, so it's basically just a clingy knit dress. RTR sent me the large, which might have worked, but there was an odd lump in the hip on that dress -- couldn't figure it out, maybe it was stored on a hanger oddly before it got to me. Potentially I could have gotten away with the Medium, but I just wasn't quite comfortable in it for my event. If I was going out for a super swanky evening I might have reconsidered, I just needed something not quite so form fitting.

I normally wear a size 4 or 6 so I was hoping I could squeeze into the size 6 despite all the "runs small" reviews because the 8 wasn't available for my date. Alas, while I could get the dress zipped, it was much too tight. I'm sure the size 8 was the way to go. Definitely size up -- the material has a little stretch to it but overall fit runs very small. I think it would have been a great, sexy dress in the right size.
