Needed a jewelry option, got a purse instead
I was excited for RTR to choose some great jewelry to go along with my dress for an upcoming wedding, and I was super disappointed that my mystery bling turned out to be a small purse that I couldn't use. It was a cute bag, but it just didn't suit my needs at all. (I have two small kids, so I have to carry way more stuff than a clutch can fit--even for a wedding.) Womp-womp. :(

Great shower dress
This dress is a much heavier fabric than I imagined, so the fabric and the cut allowed me to wear comfy undergarments! It's a super cute and comfortable dress, made even more comfy with the big pockets. It was very true to size, and it fit well on my busty frame. The waistline was somewhat awkwardly high on me, so it would fit best on shorter-waisted girls. It's also shorter than it looks, so beware, tall girls. The size 6 I tried has seen a LOT of wear, and the lining was so torn that I had to safety pin it in several places to keep it from peeking out beneath the dress. At first, I thought that was a feature that I just didn't notice in the photos, but the size 4 was in better shape and didn't have the same issue. Despite that issue, I really loved this dress.

Great for holiday parties. Too heavy for summer wear.
I rented this dress for a summer wedding, but it just wasn't lightweight enough for the occasion. I did try it on, and it was super comfortable. The 6 was the best fit for my bust, but the waist was not very snug, so it wasn't as flattering as it could be. Also, the photos on the model appear to have a more angular neckline / armhole, but the "real life" photos are much more accurate. You could easily wear a standard bra with this one.

Runs quite large
The length difference between the S and XS is astounding. I'm 5'4" and could wear flats with the XS, but the S dragged the floor with even my tallest heels. Because of this, I ended up wearing the XS even though the overall fit wasn't as flattering. (I could cinch the waist of the S for a flowy, drapy top, but the XS was too snug to do the same.) It's a unique silhouette, and pockets are always nice. I probably wouldn't rent this one again, but it was fun for an evening out.

Cute and comfy
I wore this for a date and a shower, and it was super comfortable and easy to wear. It was a bit low-cut for the shower, so I paired it with a tank to make it more daytime-appropriate. It ran true to size and was a very forgiving silhouette.

Perfect for a beach wedding
This dress was the perfect, lightweight mix of comfort and cool for a Southern beach wedding. It did arrived quite wrinkled, but between the print and the humidity, that didn't really matter. It would have paired perfectly with the chunky Kendra Scott periwinkle Harlow necklace that I rented last week! It ran true to size and can be worn with a nude colored racerback or convertible bra. Bonus for moms of babies: the button front is great for nursing / breastfeeding.

These things are huge.
These were "mystery bling," and I didn't end up wearing them because they were so large. Just not my style at all. They are backed by leather, which does not show up in photos, so they will not be as loose and flowy as they appear in photos.
