It's a blouse. It's a shiny blouse. It looks like a sweatshirt in pictures. It's not. Also, I chose to ignore the reviews about the head opening because I have a "small" head. There is a zipper on the neckline, yet the hole is still too small even for my "small head". Conclusion: read the description... and listen to the reviews.
