Cute top! Straps fall.
This top runs true to size and fit great.. the only issue was the straps tend to fall down. I had read this in other reviews and thought it would be okay for me since I'm tall, but they still fell down. Not a huge deal though, still loved the top!

Chest is huge, not adjustable
I would definitely size down. I'm a 32C and ordered a size small, the band of the chest is huge, and it isn't adjustable at all. It was so big that I'm pretty sure an extra small wouldn't fit either. The dress itself is super cute, and the way the top ties is adorable.
