I normally wear a size 4, or 28 in jeans (5'4" / 130lbs / 34B) so I got the Small regular and the Medium regular. The small was super small; I couldn't zip it. The medium fits perfectly and is so gorgeous!! I wore a strapless, U plunge bra (that sticks on your sides and on your breasts) and it was perfect. The only thing a little odd about it is the boning in the top is very prominent/rounded. Depending on cup size, if you fill it out, it looks just fine. If not, the boning will stand out and look awkward.
