Maybe if you're flat-chested? Or pregnant?
I wanted to so badly to love this because of the color and pattern and took a gamble on the fit. It bubbles up in the chest area in an unflattering way... I thought I looked pregnant because of how high-waisted it fit. I do think it's beautiful otherwise and would totally wear it pregnant! Generous fit so I sized down

Youthful and curve-hugging!
I liked that as a pear-shape, the draping at the top helps to balance out the hips and gave me a more hourglass shape. Will say it fit me like a glove and was snug in the hips. Might size up or wear spanx under.

Very flattering and feminine
Top is sheer so you need a strapless bra. Loved the look and very comfortable. Since Im wider on the bottom and smaller on top it was a bit loose in the chest but the pattern hides it well.

Love all the details and how soft it is.
Sized down based on reviews and glad I did. I'm a size 12 pant and the M was a touch snug around the hips. sleeves run long but are manageable. Didn't love that I couldn't zip it up all the way because the fur on the inside of the collar kept getting in the way of the zipper. Otherwise, a fun piece.

Accurate to the photo; like how it's longer in the back to cover the bum.
Fit baggy/boxy but in a stylish way. Still, would have sized down because I was swimming in it. Was pleasantly surprised that the material is pretty heavyweight and lined with neoprene-like material on inside so it blocks the wind.

Thick sweater-like material. Super comfortable and not itchy.
Fit like cropped pants on me but that's not the intention so I didn't love that. Could make it work with boots underneath but I was less than thrilled that they looked even shorter on me than on the fit model.

Really flattering color and fit. Great sassy dress.
Wore this for a night out on the town in Hollywood to dinner and dancing and felt like a million bucks. I tend not to wear a lot of body conscious dresses, so was nervous about the fit, but the small fit like a glove and wasn't too tight. The material has some give to it and is thick enough to conceal any minor lumps and bumps beneath, though you will definitely need to be mindful of panty lines. I really liked the slightly longer length which hit above the knee. It was a bit loose in the bust, so I had to wear a padded bra, but otherwise, it's a really flattering dress even for a pear shape like me. But i think hourglass-shaped ladies will benefit the most from the cut.

Great party for dancing or a night out on the town!
Ordered this dress as my second dress for $25 and ended up letting a friend wear it for a night out in Hollywood. Was a great conversation starter when out dancing :) For me, I'm 5'-7", 135 lbs, and a pear shape, so the short cut of the dress did not suit me. But if I did choose to wear it, the Small would have been the right fit. My friend, who is model height and weight looked great in it in the XS size. Looks a bit cheap in daylight but glimmers great in evening mood lighting. Note the dress is definitely itchy in the sleeves which are not lined, but it is tolerable.
