Fit was true to size. I did wear a couple of pairs of spanx just to smooth myself out because I was going to be on TV and did not want to take any chances. I was able to wear a normal strapless bra which I loved. I didn't have to worry about it being too low in the back. It was a little short for my liking. I would have liked it to drag the floor just a bit but it didn't matter. It really was perfect.
