I rented this dress for a bridal shower. It can be easily dressed up or down. Based on the description I got an 8 and a 6. I wore the 8 but could've worn the 6  as well. I am very curvy in the hips and butt and I had lots of room in the 8. So someone my size but with less curves may like the smaller size. The fabric is thick. Great for the winter. I wore this with black tights metallic flats and a pale pink cardigan. I took this pic right before mailing back since I don't have one from the day of the shower.  I was so comfy in it and am sad to return it!! Can't wait for my next rental!! 

Wore over leggings and black riding boots with a light cardi.  Fine for work - not too dressy of an office - but wouldn't rent again.  Hung strangely where the stretchier black fabric met the less stretchy grey material - like one of the two factors had shrunk a bit over time.

Love the fit and the look.  I felt great and comfortable at a business type function.  

This dress was perfect for an important work event.  It's fashionable, yet still professional.  Pair it with a jacket, or even a long sleeve body con.  The mixed textures make this dress edgy, yet still conservative.  

Fits true to size. Super comfortable, stretchy fabric, very flattering and forgiving.

I definitely could have gone down a size but I went with it and it looked great.  I had a business dinner and this was the perfect combination of professional evening wear.  The back has a bit of a fun twist with added black detail along the zipper.  The waist cuts just right and looks very flattering.  If you are between sizes though definitely go with the smaller one.  It has a bit of stretch in the fabric.

I wore this dress for a Christmas cocktail party. It is much prettier in person and is really comfortable. However, it was a little big in the waist for me, I could have worn a 0. It was also a lot longer on me. The dress ended right at my knees, but that was fine, because it was a work party that I was going to. The black paneling is very flattering. 

I received this dress as a back up to my order. It was so flattering.  The material is very interesting.  I loved the shimmer in the grey.  It did feel a little too sporty for my night out.  It felt list more of a casual dress.  Almost something you could pair with tennis shoes.  This was my husbands favorite dress out of the 3 I received.  

On side note.  UPS delayed my order to be delivered after my event date.  I contacted RTR and within 10 minutes of hitting send on my email I had three new dresses being delivered that Saturday for my event. RTR did a FANTASTIC job!  I was incredibly impressed.  From New York to the east coast in less than 24 hours.  Impressive.  Thank you. 

This dress wants to be so flattering!  However, it hangs really oddly, like there is too much material in the skirt.  The top is very fitted and flattering but the skirt is not.  I would have worn the 0 but it was all stretched out where the black material met the silver so it just sort of ballooned out.  An RTR stylist offered to replace it but there wasn't time and they offered me a credit instead.  The 2 was ok but there was a lot of unnecessary material in the skirt and it was a bit longer.  This dress was my least favorite RTR dress to date but I am already looking forward to my next orders!!
