This dress was great. Fit very true to size. Thicker material was very nice, but still stretchy. The colors don't stand out much but the design was cool enough to not need them to. There is a zipper all the way down the back, which I wouldn't have liked in theory but turned out fine. I wore bracelets and big earrings but no necklace. Sits maybe 2 inches above the middle of the knee cap. I am 5'7".

I wore this to a NYC Saturday night wedding at the zoo. I loved this dress, it is a bit edgy for my normal style, but it was great for the venue. Both the 4 and 6 fit me, but I felt like I had more room to dance in the 6. The material is thick and has a little stretch to it. I thought that it was very flattering and really sucks you in. Also, rented the necklace shown. So pretty and sparkly. 

HIGHLY recommend. 

Very comfortable. Very stretchy. No problem when sitting. The back zipper allows for you to create a skirt "slit" that made it easier to walk. Very form fitting. Very flattering. 

i say true to size but I could have worn the size up without a problem. it is very tailored, and a dense fabric so no worries on bra and underwear lines.

It was a great fit for me but I imagine if you have larger bust it would be difficult.

Worn to a fashion show and would totally recommend having pulled back hair and limited accessories. I got tons of compliments from people in the industry too.

The dress had a great amount of stretch to it and it shaped my curves perfectly.  Very comfortable.  

One of my all time favorite rentals.  I wore this to a friends rehearsal dinner and got so many compliments!  True to size and is scuba material so it has some extra give.  

I wore this dress for my bridal shower. I got the 6 and the 8. Both sizes fit, the 6 was a little tighter (more club, less shower), so I went with the 8 for a little more comfort. The fabric is super forgiving. Its thick and stretchy, almost like neoprene. I got tons of complements. Wish I could have kept it! 

Very well made and flattering. I'm 5/7" 138 lbs with a slightly pear shape and the cut was very flattering. The fabric is thick and sucks you in (in a good way). Very happy-would buy this dress if I had $1100 laying around!

This dress is tres chic.  The pattern looks like modern art.  The fabric has sort of a neoprene feel to it so it is smooth, sturdy and creates a slim line.  I wore this to a retail industry event where I wanted to look professional but cool.  You could definitely make it sexier for a night out or cocktail party by styling it differently.  Love love Yigal and will be looking for more dresses by him!

I am in between a 4 and a 6 usually but called those go-to-girls and sized up with an 8. im glad i did!! definitely size up for this sheath. The abstract print is very fashion forward and chic. The material definitely sucks you in. 

This dress fits perfect, and really shows your curves. I wanted to wear a sexy dress with a unique design, that showed my curves, but not my cleavage!  I wore my regular bra and was very comfortable all night.  I got complements from everyone and  the zipper on the back is unique. Great dress-- I rented this for a cocktail dinner party for my bf's job---show stopper! I also rented the suggested necklace and the bag.  

I hosted a party and wanted a dress that stood out and I got it! Fit was perfect - I am 5/9 and wore the size 4.  The material was heavy which was nice b/c I could wear whatever bra/panty set I wanted and it didn't show even though it is a white base. I did find the material very warm when sitting down at dinner.

Friends had raved about RTR, and I've gained some weight so nothing in my closet fit.  Rather than buying a dress at a size I don't plan to remain long (10), this was a great option.  I was surprised  the dress wasn't lined, but with full body slimmer fit and material were good/well structured enough to look fine. Got compliments that dress was 'edgy' and looked like fireworks :).   Jacket is mine, satin and dressed outfit up a bit since dress is polyester and could be worn as casual as well.

Fit was a bit small. Used it for DCI finals. Was able to last 12+ hours in this dress quite literally running around a stadium at times. The zipper is a bit tricky. 

It is a sort of stretchy material so it really hugs, but looks great. I did wear my spanx though!

Tight fit but print distracts from midsection imperfections. I am considerably heavier than most other reviewers wearing same size so I was worried this would be too small, but it's great for tall, athletic body types. Would rent again in a heartbeat! 

Loved this dress...the splash of colors in this dress made it really fun to add pink heels and a yellow purse. True to size. 

Love this dress. Bra friendly. Stretchy material. Zipper that zips from the top and bottom. Great fabric. And the pattern is incredibly flattering. I would buy this dress in a second. 

I usually wear a six or eight depending on the fit. I could have sized down and it would have been really tight but still looking sexy as hell. The eight fit was relaxed and made for an easy night of eating and drinking with girlfriends. 

This dress was just perfect for a wedding guest. It felt sexy without looking trashy or too  loud. I rented the size 4 and 6 and the 4 fit perfectly. I had no issue with the zipper (other than I needed help reaching it :) the material held u in nicely and had a smooth silky feel to it. I wore a strapless bra but only because my bra straps kept falling down. It would be fine with a normal bra otherwise. I will definitely rent this dress again and would even love to own it! 

Really loved this dress. Wore to a wedding of a friend who is a graphic designer so I wanted something more "edgy". 
The dress hugs perfectly at the waist line but has good stretch so was never uncomfortable or tight. I am a 34D and had plenty of room in the chest. 

this dress is so easy to wear. i rented a size four, but probably would've been slightly more comfortable in a two. it wasn't as snug as i would have liked. the fabric is very thick but not restrictive or binding. the hem on the bottom edge was pulled out some, which was noticeable to me, but probably no one else. i loved the pops of magenta, blue and bright yellow; this made it easy to accessorize a visually busy dress. i would rent this dress again.

I had to order a bit larger size than I thought I would need, but it ended up fitting really nicely on.   

This was a great dress. The material really held everything in and the 2 way zip in the back made the bathroom trips much easier! I would def rent this dress again. 

Loved this dress. I've rented from this designer before and I do find the sizing is a little small. The 8 was snug but the material was stretchy enough and definitely sliming as it holds everything in. Highly recommended! 

The dress is absolutely stunning and made of a really thick, almost neoprene material so even with the dress being very fitted and tight to my body I wasn't self conscious at all. Would absolutely rent again!

This dress is great. Classy but edgy at the same time. I ordered a 4 and a 6 but they were unable to send the 4. The 6 ended up firing great. Not too tight, just the right amount of room to move. 

This dress was so comfortable. I wore it for an exhibit opening and had it on for around 7 hours and it was incredibly comfortable the entire time. It was also very flattering. Even though I usually don't like how I look in tighter dresses, I loved this dress on. It made my butt look great! It fit perfectly and I wish I could have kept it!

Fits true to size! Fairly comfortable and is definitely not too short. Does ride up a bit. Classy for a formal event and I loved the pops of neon colors. Would rent again :) 

I wore this dress to my company holiday party. It was edgy, fun, and comfortable enough that I danced all night. The pops of color in the pattern let you accessorize in just about any color you want. It's a versatile, stand-out dress, wish I could have kept it. 

There is a reason the zipper runs the entire length of the dress.  You literally have to zip this dress on.  The leg opening at the hem was very small for the stride I usually take, so it made it difficult to walk, and it felt restricting.  However, I have worn neoprene before, and I decided the small hem diameter was a positive design choice, because this meant that the dress didn't ride up.   Even though it was body-con, I felt that the dress was appropriate because of the high neck line and long hem.  The central concentration of the black pattern made it very flattering, and I received many compliments. I loved wearing something so different!

This is a stunner that I will rent again. Fit is great, pattern is interesting and flattering. Neckline and length are perfect for the office with a cool black jacket. Wish RTR had more dresses in this category!

fit was snug, like typical couture sizing. I usually wear a 6, and the 8 was fine.  Not too short, either--I'm 5'6," and I wouldn't say it was modest, but it wasn't silly either!  Fun design for an artsy party.

The front of the dress looked a little more conservative in person than I expected but I still liked it a lot. The pattern is very flattering and hides flaws well, plus the material makes your butt look great! :) 

Great thick but stretchy material. Hint of color in pattern was nice. Dark right in the middle was flattering. Went with size 8 over the 6 because waist ran small but overall fit like a glove. Perfect length too. Would rent again. 

Everything about this dress is amazing. Flattering fit. Modern print. Tasteful yet sexy. The material is a neoprene (think scuba suit) so it hugs curves very well, but is very forgiving. The graphic print hides any flaws. My only issue was that the hem was longer than I would have liked (at 5'1", it fell just around my knees) but it still looked phenomenal. Compliments from men and women all around!
