Swingy blouse with ruffle - fun for something different for work. I get nervous renting white cotton from RTR because I feel it can often arrive dingy-looking, but that was not the case here. 

Loved this shirt more than I thought I would. The fabric didn't wrinkle and has a little stretch. Great alternative to typical office-wear. The neck wasn't tight at all. 

Not the best picture, but you can see the neckline. The blouse is cute and different. I would say it runs small in arms if you are muscular. I received complements. It doesn't wrinkle easily, which is nice for a white cotton shirt. 

I wasn't totally sure about this, but it was cuter than expected. It buttons down the front and is just slightly on the shorter side. I found the fit easy

I felt cute but then I was told I looked like a chic chef. Not sure if it was a compliment??

The shirt is ok for work. It's a mix between a chef's coat and the puffy shirt from Seinfeld (though not as bad as either of those). I wore it with jeans, but if I ever rented it again, I would dress it up more with heels and a pair of business casual pants. Fits is true-to-size. I can wear a six, but normally wear an 8. A six would have fit better, but the 8 wasn't overwhelming. The shirt buttons up under the ruffle, hence the reference to a chef's coat, which got some laughs at work. No compliments as it's just an update on the white button down. May rent again, but only for work, and only if there's nothing better available. 

This was difficult to get wrinkle free and the ruffles didn't lay well, I ended up using fashion tape.

Super cute. Classy with a twist. The top was a bit short and showed just a bit of skin, but nothing that was inappropriate. Received a ton of compliments. 

I am a huge fan of the simple white button down but this adds a fun twist!

This top dressed up my work outfit. I am petite and the ruffles did not overwhelm me. I might hang on to this rental and wear for a Hamilton style costume for Halloween! 

The body of the shirt fits well but the armpit area is a bit tight. Just a warning that the buttons only come down as far as the ruffle, so if you plan to wear this to work I'd make sure to pair with some high waisted pants so you don't have skin exposed from the side. Would be cute with jeans as well.

Cute for work but need to be careful about what bra. It is an architectural piece and makes a statement. I paired with a simple grey skirt. 

This shirt is amazing and would work in so many different situations. I wore it with jeans, but would also be cute with a fancier skirt for a party or a pencil skirt for work.

I think if I wasn't as busty this would have been beautiful. When I buttoned up along the ruffle all I saw was RUFFLE because it was so pronounced. The shirt itself is very nice quality though and the ruffle is a nice accent. 

A bit short and tight through shoulders.  Also very see through.  Cute and more casual than I thought 

Loved how it looked on the model but didn't work for me, bust was too tight and it felt too restrictive.

Fun concept, but looks quite costumey. The fabric was thinner than I imagined but the ruffle combined with largely puffy sleeves are a little too much for me to pull off. Didn't wear it in the end.
