I normally don't do puffy sleeves, but this was a really fun dress to wear. I took the advice from other renters and went up a few sizes bc I have hips. I felt confident and edgy all day. Great dress. 

I decided to size up 2 times - probably could have gone 1 but it the fit is forgiving both ways!

Amazingly unique and stylish dress! Absolutely love it! A stand out for work. 

I love Victoria Beckham but could never afford one of her pieces till RTR. I saw this and snagged it as soon as it was available. I did not find it too puffy or 80's at all. I thought it fit perfectly and was just sexy enough. I have an awful time finding fun dresses - this has topped my list! 

Such a funky sexy dress with an 80s vibe to it. The girls at RTR made me pair it with a leather crop jacket with a blue fur collar. Add a pair of black tights and leather booties and it was a rock and roll look that everyone at work loved. It's my favorite dress rental so far. 

Rented this for my work holiday party! I am typically a size US 2, but rented the US 0 / UK 4 because it was all that was available. It was a tad tight in the bust (I am a 32D), but other than that the fit was perfect. Overall a stunning and unique dress, would definitely rent this again! 

I went two sizes above my normal dress size and still felt the dress was a little tight. The lapels at the neck area wouldn't stay in place without double-sided tape and, even then, the fabric pulled against the tape all day. I also had issues with the hem riding up, making it barely work-appropriate. I'm still giving it four stars because the fabric was super soft, the dress was comfortable overall, and I felt luxurious all day. Tons of compliments. 

I wore this to a wedding rehearsal dinner. I loved the look - edgy design, fun colors,  and pretty flattering considering recent weight gain. The side tie was fun and I didn't mind the asymmetrical collar at all. The length was flirty but not too short. It runs small so size up.

This was a cute unusual dress. The print was fun and playful. It was too short for me (5' 9") but I might have worn it if the weather was warmer. The neckline was pressed weird so it was very asymmetric. I thought it was part of a badly done asymmetric design but see that the models neckline is evenly symmetric so it must have been the dry cleaning. Also one sleeve had a black cuff I didn't know what to do with. Maybe it was supposed to be folded inward but it just gave the whole dress a sloppy unintentional asymmetric look. Sent it back right away.

This dress is absolutely beautiful. I'm a 34C so it was a little tight up top but besides that the cut and style was very flattering. The color draws you in and the bow on the side sits just right. I would definitely order again. 

This is my favorite work dress. The color combination makes you standout at work but looks professional. The dress gives you that extra sassiness and confidence. This dress runs very small. Since it was a VB dress I went up a size. I could have gone up 1 more size. It was definitely a tight squeeze.

This dress is amazing, and I am tempted to buy it if it ever goes on sale.  If you want to feel like Victoria Beckham or Beyonce, rent this dress!  I wore it with navy blue booties to a formal dinner and got compliments all night.  Best of all, it was comfortable to wear.  I was worried that it would be too tight, but it was perfect.  I can't love this dress enough!

i'm typically a 4, but got the US 2 based on advice from stylist in store and it worked out great! i'm busty and there was plenty of room on top without being indecent and despite my large waist, i had no issues there either. there's a good amount of room. the bow is a tiny bit odd, but the trick for me was making a tiny bow instead of a massive one. absolutely loved the colors. hit a touch above the knee so good for work or play. highly highly recommend!

I sized up two sizes and it fit well with a little room to spare. Maybe I could have gone down a size.

I like this! Very unique! Man does it run small! It fit, but given the event I wore it to, I felt like I had to keep pulling down the skirt. The bow did not bother me at all unlike some reviews, I just tied a double knot. Given my curves and the tight fit on legs, limited in sizing up so I might not rent again, but if you can go up a size or two, it's fun!

I sized up based on other reviews, so the dress ended up way too big. So, order your usual size.

This dress is pretty awesomely 90s - more so than it appears on the model - puff sleeve shoulders and a mini length that Lisa Turtle on saved by the bell would totally rock. In 2018 I think it's pretty hard to pull off the cut without longish legs and some boobs. That's not me so I didn't end up wearing it - but I bet it will look awesome on the right girl. 

The fit, especially the side tie, looked horrible on me - I think it was a height issue, it hit me at exactly the least flattering point of hips and looked floppy and frumpy.
