I love this dress so much with the matching blazer. It’s a beautiful outfit. Fits true to size and is very flattering. 

I'm normally a 0 but I wore a 2 in this. 

The dress was a little shorter than I expected and it was stiff. Cute for work but I recommend sizing up.

Was hoping to rent this for work, but it was too short. It was also smaller than I anticipated - there's no stretch in the waist area.

Super cute style, but ultimately too short to wear to work. Also runs a bit snug, especially in the hips/butt. 

Be careful the size runs very very small! I normally wear a 4 or 6, I rented this once in an 8  a few months ago and could not even zip it! I tried it again with a 10 and it fit. It's quite short though. I put it with a blazer and wore it for a speaking engagement for work.

I rented this dress for a work conference and loved it!! I also rented the matching blazer but didn't feel it was needed. The sleeves on the dress were professional enough. I'm usually a 0 but went with the 2 since 0 wasn't available. Bit big but still flattering on!

I ended up wearing this on date night and got compliments from strangers as I was exiting the restaurant. Cute dress but when you sit down it hikes all the way up. Black tights may be a good idea! 

The button on the left picked was sewn incorrectly  and crooked AND the lining was longer than the dress! It could have been great otherwise. 

I am 5'6" and usually wear a 2/4 in retail stores like J. Crew or Banana Republic. This 4 fit like a 0 at one of those shops. Very small and WAY too short for work, so I returned without wearing.

This was cute and gave me Chanel vibes, but I had to wear with tights for work. Also, it didn't fit comfortably over my hips, and I was pulling it down all day. 

SO SHORT. Like how do you even sit down in this ?? The fabric was nice and I could tell it was made well but did not work for my body. I think this would only work on someone who is shorter. 

Really cute dress! I'd say it ran a tad big, but loved wearing this to office.

But there is no way I could sit down in the dress. Maybe would have worn this short if I was in my young 20s and not sitting down for the night? Unfortunately never could wear it 

Wore this for my first day of grad school and felt so hip. I sized up two sizes to fit over my butt and it was still extremely tight on my hips and pretty huge on the top. The proportions of the dress seem true to size, I'm just much smaller on top. I'm not sure if I'd get it again since it was still a bit uncomfortably snug on bottom, but I still felt really cool while wearing it.

This dress was SO comfortable. The material is really thick, and it was a great length for work in the summer. LOVED it and I will be renting again. I have classic swimmer shoulders, and I normally try to hide them a bit, but I felt super confident in this dress!

I ordered a size up because of the reviews so the dress was definitely too big. This dress is true to size. I could have worn a 2 or 4. I made it work oversized by pairing it with the boots. The dress has a loose shape and the only part that has no stretch is the band around the upper waist. If this area is normal or small for you I don't recommend sizing up like others said. I would have bought this look had it been the right size since it can be worn so many ways for work. 

Beautifully made dress that is clearly expensive. Thick material but still made for summer. Definitely not work appropriate - low cut and short - but also not club/date appropriate. Perfect for day time, summer fun. Can dress up with heels or down with flip flops. 

It's been in the teens for weather and I wore this dress to work where we have to walk outside here and there and the thick fabric paired with the jacket held up great. I saw a lot of reviews about the dress being too short or mini but for me it was long enough to be professional, so if you are a shorter woman- go for this! I loved it. 

Great work piece that is comfortable but not boring. Got tons of compliments. It did feel a little short when I was sitting. 

This dress gave me LIFE SIZE vibes when Tyra banks goes to work for the first time. I felt like a million bucks in this dress - it was comfortable and fitted. Would recommend to anyone!! 

Adorable dress, perfect for layering with a long sleeve t-shirt or turtleneck in the winter, or wearing as is in the summer. Runs slightly small, so size up! 

This dress is amazing! It was a perfect dress to kick off fall: sleeveless, so a layered cardigan was appropriate; short, so I could wear it with my over-the-knee boots; and thick fabric, so I wasn't freezing in my icebox of an office! Love, love, love. 

I love the fit and fabric. I am tempted to purchase. It is a classic piece and so versatile.

Nice dress, nice heavy fabric, great fit and length. Ordered a size up and it was perfect!

I sized up for length and it was perfect on me. I can see on a taller person, this might be too short for the office.  It's also a heavy material but just for an air conditioned office in the summer. 

The dress was cute with a sweater/turtleneck underneath. Got compliments throughout the day! I go between a 2-6 and I'm glad I ordered a 6 to be work appropriate.
