Very flattering neckline! Quality material a little heavier than expected but still comfortable to wear for family photos outside. 

Great dress for any occasion! Make sure to size down at lease one size, runs a tad bit big! 

This was a win for its versatility. Can be daytime or nighttime, dressed up or down. I wore with sandals and later with sneakers and a denim jacket. There is a lot of material making up the dress but it’s fun and you feel like a storybook princess 

Have a larger chest but it worked which I was thrilled about!! Super flattering and fun 

This is a lot of fabric so be aware of that but very chic and comfortable- perfect for my moms bday dinner

Everything Ulla Johnson designs is a dream to wear and this is no exception! Definitely runs larger (lucky me, usually a solid 10 in Ulla but this fit in an 8 and only an 8 was available when I rented), the dress also gives you some leeway, you can adjust the ties on the upper body, so potentially this could fit two sizes down as well. Dress is wonderful, if you get the chance to rent it you should!

Not stretchy but adjustable ties help. Feels fun and princessy. A bit longer than I wanted but the dramatic was fun too 

The bodice ties are amazing on this one. Sooo flattering! I loved the way it felt on and the way it moved even with slightly heavier, stiffer material. The puffed sleeves and frame were gorgeous. Tons of compliments. 

Wore this to a nice dinner and it did the job. It had A LOT of fabric so it wasn't necessarily slimming, but the fit was nice and very stretchy.

RENT THIS DRESS IF YOU EVER SEE IT AVAILABLE! I loved it so much, I bought it!

I run between a 12 & and a 14 and the drawstring corset of this dress gave the perfect flexibility between sizes and kept the top tight and flattering, but still comfortable to wear all night. Despite the heavy fabric and black color, it was the perfect fit for a "garden formal" wedding.

3 ties in the bodice make the fit customizable. Fabric is a little thick but makes the skirt fall nicely.

Loved this dress. The fabric has a lovely weight to it and the fit was adjustable but still comfortable. I was able to just get away with not wearing a bra because of the way the ties tighten. Got so many compliments! It wasn't tight at all and fell so nicely. 
I am a 36DD, 5'11" and 190 lbs. 

Wanted to love this, but ended up feeling like I was wearing a costume. Lots of fabric and makes quite a bit of noise too. Sent back without wearing

Fit true to size. It's a lot of dress! Some described it as heavy and I don't disagree it's a lot of fabric but I wore this in warm weather and because it's flowy I didn't think it was too hot for a summer rental in New England. I wore this for both work and play. Love the way you can cinch the dress in at the waist line and seriously those puff sleeves are perfection! 

Wore this to a wedding in the mountains of CA and it was such a dreamy look! Very flattering and  comfortable and the pockets are such a nice touch. I'm smaller-chested and did not have to wear a bra but likely could've worn a strapless bra if needed. Could easily dress up or down depending on the event! 

I liked this dress, however, it runs super big. You can tighten the top of the dress with the strings but then there is so much fabric that it all sticks out and it definitely made me look larger than I actually am. So didn’t feel super flattering on me. I’m 5’ 9” and 130 pounds so I wouldn’t consider myself a petite enough person to order a size 0 but apparently that’s what I needed. I’m also a 34C bra so not even sure the top of a size 0 would fit me. Therefore won’t be reordering. Would probably make for a super cute maternity dress though since there’s so much fabric in the skirt part of the dress. 

This dress needs no convincing! So flattering, so in right now! You must must rent this!

Loved this dress, still considering buying it. Wore it for everyday but felt so great it in that I used it as one of the dresses in my engagement shoot! Could have sized down but the ties on the front allow for some adjustment. 

At 30 weeks, this dress fit perfect and so comfortable! I received so many compliments on it! Would definitely wear again!

I adore this dress. It's flattering, comfortable, and I feel like I should be running through the mountains of Germany screaming "THE HILLS ARE ALIVE, WITH THE SOUND OF MUSIC!" Paired it with my everyday jewelry, and a pair of white cowboy-esk mule heels. 

When I first tried this dress on, I was a little unsure. It's a pretty dramatic dress and was a little out of my comfort zone, but once I did hair and makeup it all came together. I wore this to a rehearsal dinner and got tons of compliments - my friend said I looked like a coven leader, which to me is a high compliment. Runs large, I am usually an 8-10 and wore a 6 in this dress. 

Love how dramatic this dress is with the full skirt, puffy sleeves and lace bodice. It runs very large so size down, especially since you want to the waist and bust to be fitted. The only con is that the material makes a weird plasticy crinkley sound when you move. 

the dainty top and feminine sleeves perfectly balance the force of this full skirt. nicely weighted cotton fabric with bounce and flow. bra straps will show, so opt for a strapless or skip it all together.
