PROS: 
This bag has the appeal of a structured bag, but is slouchy and soft. 
Easy closure. Nothing falls out. I don’t always have to zip it back up because of the magnets. 
Organized. Has lots of pockets. 
Made of leather! Love leather! 
Great size. Fits everything I need. 
Cute details. The minimalistic logo on the hardware. And the letter “T” stitched on the zipper leather pull.       
Expandable front pocket in case you over stuff them. 
CONS: 
I’m not a fan of dark lining. I can’t see inside my purse. It’s too dark. Sometimes I feel like I need a flashlight. 
I wish the opening was a little wider.

I absolutely loved this bag!! It was so unique with the different zipper and magnetic closure in the main part. One zipper pocket and two larger outer pockets with a magnetic clothes. It fit everything! I had two pairs of glasses cases my wallet tissue sunscreen my Kindle and everything in between. There are two inside open pockets and one zipper pocket as well. I would absolutely rent this again it was so pretty the leather was so smooth and I got compliments everywhere.

Never have I had a bag that was so easy to get into. Zips closed on two sides and even if you don't zip it, cleverly placed magnets keep it closed

I had rented this very Tory Burch bag in color burgundy before (and loved it), so I thought I knew what to expect. Unfortunately, this black version doesn't stay closed when you let go of the handles, which is a bit annoying. The burgundy one had very strong magnets at the top, which held the bag closed and secure.  For that reason, I am rating the black version of the bag only 4 stars, while I give the burgundy version 5 stars. Not sure if the powerful magnets are missing in all of these black bags or just my particular one. 

Also, keep in mind that this style bag has an unusual opening that takes some getting used to. I liked the bag better worn on the handles than on the (removable) shoulder straps. This style bag is available in multiple colors from RTR. But make sure that you check the dimensions in the description, since this bag comes in at least 3 different sizes. This one is the medium size, which fit all my personal stuff, but isn't big enough for letter size papers or iPad.  [In the photo, I am wearing it with a Trina Turk dress from RTR .]

Finally, the leather of the black bag has a very matt finish to it, which you might or might not like.

This bag is super cute in person and is the perfect size to keep me from overstuffing a purse. 

If you choose to attach the long strap, it's a little frustrating. Since the top of the bag is like a square and there are no side latches, it always feels like it's tilted to one side. 

Wouldn't buy, but happy I rented it despite some negative reviews
