I would not recommend this for ladies who have a big bust. 

True to size, I am on the taller side so it was short if I bent over, and sleeves were "bracelet" length rather than full on me. Doesn't impact the overall vibe of the dress. Very cute pattern. Wore with tights and boots in winter. 

This was a great dress for the office- really cute, colors outside of my normal palate, and not too short. The material felt nice and didn't wrinkle like I thought it would. 

I went two sizes up from my normal size, given pregnancy and breast growth.  It fit well, without ballooning and making me look unnecessarily large.  Great work dress.

Love the print of this dress, perfect for work! Very lightweight material so I could wear it in the summer. Would definitely rent again!

Got tons of compliments on the dress! The print is really cool but still work appropriate. The fit was meh for me, but I suspect it's just how Tory Burch is cut. I'm a 4/6 in A line and 6/8 in shift dresses and this just barely fit okay across my hips in an 8. So if you're a pear, size up. The sleeves were a little long and it was wider in the shoulders than I'd have liked, but overall it was really fun. 

Great dress for work. Wore with tights and booties. Pattern got lots of compliments. 

Beautiful print for a nice spring day! I wore this to work and got a couple of compliments. The silk is nice but inevitably it wrinkled by the end of the day. 

Fit is true to size, but it's quite shapeless. 

First off, this is a great work dress. I got many compliments, and I was comfortable all day. My only complaint would be that when seated, the slip would show a little. However, that didn't diminish how I feel about this dress! So gorgeous.

Pros to this dress are the fit (forgiving but still flattering) and the beautiful pattern. Definitely felt chic in it. It was a little on the short side for work, but still wearable (I'm 5'11"). I didn't find it very comfortable, though. It's not breathable, the sleeves were a tad short, and the neckline hit at an uncomfortable place. I wore this in around 55 degree weather and on the one hand felt sweaty up top but also wished I'd worn tights. I certainly wouldn't want to wear it in much warmer weather.

This is a lovely, well made, comfortable dress. The cuff details and covered button closure are elegant and the material is gorgeous. I'm normally not a fan of prints but this was elegant and the colors were feminine without being too girly. I am curvy/pear shaped and the lower half of the dress just fit without being tight but I can see how it might be a bit narrow on some. I really loved this dress. Perfect for work with nude stockings and nude shoes.

I belted it because I ordered it a little too large. The belt defined my waist and made it a little shorter. Silk dress. Feels high end. 

I love this dress and it's the first time I've worn a RTR more than once. I wore it three times and got a ton of compliments. It's classic but stylish. I love this dress and would totally consider buying it!

The dress was great except for the fact that it had been dry cleaned one too many times and the silk had shrunk while the slip still retained its length and would peek through by a centimeter or two. Overall I loved the ivory silk with the pattern and ended up buying it :) it has a forgiving fit. You can pair it with a belt if you want something more figure hugging.

This dress is perfect for business or a party where you need to be conservative but do not want to be dowdy or wear a boxy men's suit.  The material is high quality and the pattern is fun and bold without the dress wearing you.  I wore this for a really difficult meeting and felt very confident wearing it.  I also plan to wear it to church and a party.  It fits TTS on me, I wear a 6 in everything but DVF wrap dresses and really fitted dresses and a 6 fit well in this.  Rent this one!!

Lovely dress. Fabric print is fun but still elegant thanks to the quality of the fabric itself. Length of dress was perfect - not too short even with heels. Dress wrinkled some after sitting down at dinner, but the wrinkles seemed to fall out relatively quickly.   Very comfortable dress while also being elegant. 

The fit is very loose but the gorgeous silky fabric and rich print makes this dress look and feel luxe.  Wore it with black tights and black booties for work but rent it back to wear with nude pumps for Christmas.  Love!

This looked big so I sized down and it worked perfectly. Works well for everyday with tights and boots. Such a nice pattern. 

The material is quite thin, and the dress doesn't have a natural shape -- as much as I loves the pattern, if wasn't the most flattering for my individual body type. Rather modest dress, would have been better for a more formal occasion than the one I was attending perhaps.

You can dress this shift miracle down with causal ankle boots for everyday. The outer material is silk making the fabric feel soft and expensive. 

I liked the fabric and pattern, lovely. Hung a little too loose even for work, and a bit too long for me at 5'2". Still, something new and fresh for work instead of standard black sheath, got a couple compliments on it.

 I wore this on a chilly day in early November with tights, but it could also be worn in warmer weather. I'm 10 weeks postpartum and found this to be forgiving yet true to size as I was a 4 pre baby. 

The 4 wasn't available, so I tried the 6. It worked pretty well through the shoulders and chest, but left me a bit more room in the midsection than I would have preferred. The style is definitely more of a straight shift, so there isn't a ton of shape anyway. The length was great for work and didn't ride up when I sat down, thankfully. Paired with tall boots and no tights, but would be great with tights in cooler weather. Very comfortable to wear. And the print is gorgeous - got several compliments. 

I wore this for a business meeting and got tons of compliments. It is a "safe" length, knee on me, and a loose fit. I'd definitely rent it again for a special occasion. #wedding

Fell in love right out of the bag! Wore to work at a high school and got loads of compliments from students and teachers. The print is amazing... would make a beautiful dress for a night out, too!
