Ditsy Floral Knit Shirtdress

This is a great work dress—very polished and put together. The pleats give it a nice structure, and the fabric feels high-quality: heavy but slinky, with a subtle gold sheen woven into the pattern that catches the light just enough. It’s definitely on the conservative side, but still flattering. The drawstring bow at the waist adds shape, and I could see this being flattering on pretty much any body type. A solid wardrobe staple.

I would buy this dress if it wasn’t still $400 - an absolute favorite and repeat rental for sure

Wore for a conference in SF and it was so easy to pack and required little to no styling, which I always appreciate for a work trip. Also appropriate for spring, summer and fall. Highly recommend.

It was pretty, I just felt like the waist hit at a strange spot and made me look too boxy. Very soft and comfortable though.

The drawstring hit at my natural waist and was kind of bulky. Material is lightweight and comfortable. Pretty conservative and bland overall.

This is a great cooler weather option! Rented this dress in the summer which wasn't the best decision for me. The dress is extremely well made and the fabric is quite heavy. Regardless, I still wore it twice in 90 degree weather. 🥵Beautiful dress!

Light, flowy fabric. It just seemed to want to be a maxi rather than a midi dress and the hit at mid calf seemed wrong. Also, I am short waisted and the waist hit high even on me.

The fabric gives, but it buckled at the chest.

This is my second time renting this dress for an all day work event and then flying home in it. Travels well and toes the line between different levels of work attire. It's very comfortable. The tie will come undone if you don't tie the bow tightly, which is why this doesn't get 5 stars from me.
