I've rented this several times and always get compliments on it. Great print and length, lightweight fabric and just an overall fab piece.

Loved this dress. No complaints at all. The puffy sleeves added an extra feminine touch. Was super comfortable. No adjustments necessary. 

Great shape and fully lined makes for a bold but work-appropriate dress. 

I wore this on a very hot day.  The material was light weight but not easily wrinkled or see-through.  I received many compliments.

So easy to wear and elevate any outfit. I loved the puff sleeves and great summer pattern for day to night. 

Wore this to help host a friend’s shower and it was spot on. Comfy enough to set up and run around beforehand, but still looked polished when guests started showing up. A great mix of function and style!

I adore this style on me. It was very comfortable and gotta have those pockets. I did have a hard time keeping the belt tied it kept slipping due to the fabric.

Comfortable and smart looking dress , really loved 

The dress is super cute but it runs small. I wore it both in warm weather and when it got cooler by throwing on a jacket and boots. 

Super cute work dress that is comfortable and has pockets and the tie can be tied as tight as needed around waist.

Wore for a work conference. Fits great I always have an issue with buttons on chest but this dress is well made. Very cute dress for work. I’m a medium and got a medium. For reference 36C, 5,5 27W

I liked it. The sleeves were a little fitted but not uncomfortable. It’s not see through. It’s a basic material. 

It was very comfortable and cute. Effortless outfit with a great fit. 

Fits perfectly on a narrow torso and arms. Very pleased. I may purchase this one. 

Perfect work travel dress. Fits perfectly, light and doesn’t easily wrinkle.  

The tie in the middle that wraps around the back just snatches the waist right up!! So flattering!

Cute and comfy for a work and lunch with friends. Be aware if you’re a D cup or more it may be pretty impossible to button all the way up. I wore a v neck tank top underneath and didn’t button at my bust. 

I got a lot of compliments on this dress! I wore it for date night and an outdoor party. It was very comfortable to wear, and it has pockets! The bow needed to be ironed to lie flat.

This one is a little fussy for my personal style but it's still a great piece and I was able to keep it casual enough. I wear a lot of linen but if all cottons were similar to this weight, I'd wear it more often. It's lightweight enough to wear in high temps and humidity but durable enough that is not sheer or worry about what's under it. I also like buttons on the skirt for a more casual look. This could work at the office just as easily as everyday polished wear 
I'm wearing a small. 5'5"  34B 115 ish lbs 34.5"  hips. Maybe I could do an XS but I don't know. I think it'd be a bit tight in the bust if I did.

I really liked this one. It was a tad snug in the chest, but I pinned the gap between the buttons and it worked fine. I wore it a couple of times: to work with heels, to a play with wedges, and running errands in sandals. 

This dress is so comfortable and feminine.  I love the puffy sleeves!  I live in a very hot region - this dress was very “cool” and perfect for work.  Nice material - not heavy.  Very lightweight.

This dress was a perfect piece to wear to the office during these past, very hot, summer days. It's not sheer or see through, and the silhouette was very flattering on me. While this size fit, I'd recommend sizing up if you have a larger bust. The XS was perfect for my bust, but the arm bands on the sleeves were slightly tight.

Thank god for these light weight fabrics in the Florida summer heat. This dress was overall a great pick. The waist is adjustable with the tie. Two misses were the sleeves were a tad bit tight and only the top button was gold it would have been really pretty to have those buttons. Nevertheless, this is a great summer work dress option. 

Loved this dress. Perfect for a work conference. I could have sized down one but with the belt it still worked. 

This dress is very sophisticated. I really liked it but for some reason couldn't find the right place to wear it. It's a little too dressy for every day. If you are big busted it is very tight in the chest.

Light material made this comfortable in hot temps. The puff sleeves give an added feel of sophistication. Wrinkles easily. 

Loved the pattern and the fit. The fabric wasn’t anything to write home about. I loved the sleeves and it was perfect weight for a 75 degree party on the deck. Would recommend! 

Fabric has a bit of a stretch which was nice and I’m a huge fan of pockets so always a nice touch. Needs ironing right out of the bag. Can be dressed up or down depending on event and would probably rent again. 

This was great for work, but the buttons were working overtime to keep the ladies in. Fit great everywhere else.
