The waist was a bit snug, but otherwise the fit was true to size. The style was a bit outside my comfort zone. 

These were perfect for work. Comfortable, professional, unique, and versatile! Loved everything about them. Very flattering for someone with larger hips. 

These fit very well and were flattering. I don't typically go for this style, bu I really enjoyed wearing them to mix things up a bit. Would recommend! 

These pants are so comfortable and absolutely stunning. Great fit! Tight around the waist and hips but not so much that you look like you're trying too hard. Very subtle tightness and form fitting.  

Fitted in the waist, roomy everywhere else, so they're very comfortable. They're also a good crop length for a short girl like me. Super versatile style: I wore to a job interview with a linen blazer and again with this netted tank for a family dinner. I'd also planning on trying a more casual look with sneakers and a tee before I return them! 

Very flattering fit, thick fabric helps too. Also very versatile, you can wear it with heels, flats, thighs, boots...

I loved these pants. Would love to own them! Comfortable, stylish, different from my usual uniform, and so flattering. Easy to dress up or down. 

Loved these so much i bought them.   .a lot of material a  i love the navy blue love the interest in the lines of the pant.  the fabric is very rich.  wonderful transition can wear in dead of winter or in spring.    seen above with 2 different RTR jackets

This is an update to my previous review - I rented a size up (6) from my original order (4).  DEFINITELY better fit in the waist.  As I, and others have said they're high-waisted and snug.  Again - I'm exactly 29" around the smallest part of my waist, where they hit, and a size 6 is perfect.  Comfortable to sit, and even have a full tummy after lunch. I've discovered through trial and error with my Unlimited subscription, that I definitely have to size up from what I'm used to. I'm short-waisted which makes my boobs look a little large (for my liking) with pants like this, so I won't be wearing them again.  But they were fun, and I'm glad I tried them.

They're super cute, and I was surprised at how great they look on a 5'3" frame!  Unfortunately, the waist runs VERY small on these culottes.  They're high-waisted, and everything fit perfectly....except for the waist.  I'm currently about 29" on a full stomach at my natural (smallest part of my) waistline.  The size 4 zipped up all the way and comfortably, but there was no way on God's earth I was able to hook the top closure.  I'd have ordered a size 6 if it had been available, and maybe will do so in the future when it becomes available - but from the other reviews didn't think the size 4 would have been as ridiculously narrow as it was!  For reference, yesterday I bought a pair of Banana Republic Blake Fit cropped pants in a size 4 and they fit beautifully.  They sit a little lower on the waist than these Tibi culottes do, but not much.  I'm consistently a 27 in jeans in most brands, So I'm not totally in denial about my size.  These do run VERY small in the unusually high waist.  But they otherwise get a full 4 stars for the look and quality of the pant- super cute, super versatile.  Heavy fabric, so not great for warmer weather, but really fun.

High quality pants. The high waist was a little tight on me. I ended up running around a lot that day and realized the pants are thick and hot! Great for inside the office. These unique styles are what makes Unlimited so worth trying!

I am between a 4 and a 6, and the high waist was a tad snug (probably could have gone up a size), but still wearable all day. Went work to dinner easily. Can see these having lots of work options. Fabric was heavier weight, perfect for our cool New England summers. 

I love these pants... Decided to take a risk even though I'm so short and I'm glad I did! These pants are so cute and comfy but because it comes up so high on my waist, I wish I had ordered up. It looks good with heels that elongate the leg! I wouldn't have been able to pair with sneakers like other reviewers. 

Will rent again in a smaller size!

Loved that they were high waisted and super comfortable. Felt almost like a skirt. 

These pants are sharp. Material is good quality. Overall I wasn't wowed but them but they worked well for a work meeting (paired with another RTR jacket!)

Looking to rent more of these, they're so comfy and got many compliments, 8 was a little big but I'm sometimes in between a 6 and 8. Recommend for many different occasions!

Rented these through Unlimited just for fun! I had nowhere special to wear them other than work but I think you could dress the down with some cool sneakers and dress them up. They were comfy and cute. They'd probably look much better on someone tall but I still liked them a lot. I felt chic and put together in this outfit. 

The fit is perfect i am very pettit and it look amazing! 

Such a fan of Tibi and these pants did not disappoint. Really well made, thick fabric, so fun to style for work and lots of compliments. I have unlimited and have been hanging onto these for weeks. Wardrobe staple!

Omigod I LOVE these pants. I had three people at work gush over them, including a 34 yr old who wanted to buy them for his wife! I would love to buy, but not on RTR - they are in sale for less else where  brand new! Would love to rent again. Waist fit perfectly on my 8/10 frame, so they probably run a tiny bit small. Will rent again!

Such a unique work piece... I got tons of compliments. If you're between 2 sizes I'd recommend selecting the smaller size.  High waisted. Good quality. 

I would wear these culottes every day! The material is amazing, the fit is fantastic, and I had so many tops that looked amazing with them. I wore them twice for different looks. 

These pants fit great. Thick material but loose so not too hot. The waist was perfectly snug. I wore them both to work and for a night out. I would definitely rent again.

Fits true to size, the waist is cinched but they're otherwise roomy and comfortable. The material is on the heavier side so it doesn't wrinkle easily or get those unflattering creases when you sit. The pockets are perfect for carrying your cell phone and some cash on the go. I couldn't have chosen a better outfit for a busy industry event.

Typically I would wear a 4 or a 6 in bottoms but I sized down as these have a higher waist. I am so thrilled with how flattering they are! I wore with a chunky heel sandal for work, and will pair with a sneaker for the weekend. Got tons of compliments!

Great and versatile. Skirt like in the front and pants in the back. I wore to work a baby shower and a family event. They fit true to size. 

These pants are perfect in fit and style. The half-skirt, half-culotte look gained me tons of compliments from strangers and coworkers. It's such a unique, simple look. It also complimented my larger than average butt, which the average pant certainly can't do. The material is high quality and of perfect thickness, which is great for the tucked-in style. I'll be renting this one over and over again.

From one girl to another, rent it... just do it. These are so flattering, comfortable, versatile, and all around cool. When worn, they hit at about your natural waist and the hem is just below your knee. The front of the pants are architecturally interesting, but still easily substituted as trousers, and the "normal" back of the pants and pocket placement keeps you from having that "80's mom jean" syndrome. The color is black, and that goes with everything, as we all know. Pair this with a tucked in button down and slim cut tie for a modern "Anny Hall" feel. Size up for your backup, as there is no stretch in this fabric.
