Go one size up- youll love the puffy sleeves and color of this one!

My only complaint would be the arms. They are long. Otherwise a cute, fun dress that I found comfortable and easy to wear. I love the shoulders and the fact that there's no need for special undergarments. 

Wore this dress for an evening work meeting - def fits true to size and is a great color. Would have paired with a bigger necklace but wore a name tag (not pictured). A lot shorter than expected so not as great sitting. But still cute!!

Solid material with full body coverage that still shows off shape and gams.  It's a smidge snug below the waist. 
Flattering green. Sleeves on the longer side but totally doable with a fun zipper detail 
Jeweled up or understated, you'll make 'EM all green with envy. 

The color was amazing with my red hair. The sleeves add some fun and the material was fairly thick. I would rent again! 

This dress is true to size, a great color and very stylish! I got so many complements all day long at work! The sleeves were a tad long and i have long arms for a petite women, but loved it anyway. I woukd buy it

Wow! This dress is a show-stopper. It runs short, but is true to size everywhere else. The color is perfect for fall. The enhanced shoulder detail is fabulous. 

This dress is so cute, the fit is perfection, super comfortable, the color is gorgeous, 10/10 all around! Loved it!

You can't tell from the RTR pic, but as you can see the sleeves have zippers so you can roll them up, which I thought complimented the puffing at the top.  The color is the best feature but overall just a cute dress.  Prob a little short for the office, tho, unless you're on the shorter side.

Gorgeous color. Nice sturdy fabric. Ruching in the sleeves kinda made me look like a football player! I felt husky in the shoulders in it. The cut in the body is nice and slimming by the arms are just weird. And the zippers at the wrists are fist off, pointless, and also are uncomfortable if you're wearing a coat over it.

Very flattering fit. The sleeves are very fashion forward and make the dress different. Loved the color and fabric for a winter night out. 

I am an unlimited subscriber so I just got this dress for St. Patty's Day shenanigans. This dress runs small for busty ladies, so make sure to size up. I originally ordered the size 8 and could not get this dress zipped up over my upper back/chest. I am a 36D. I ended up ordering the 10 and was able to get everything in. Big busty ladies beware.

I loved the color of this dress, the fit, and the charming sleeve details. I would consider renting this again.
Warning, this is a bit short - I wouldn't have worn to work without tights, and the fabric does wrinkle a bit after sitting at a desk all day.

Dress is length and style appropriate for work. It's also thick so you can wear it in the winter (I wore with black stockings). Fit was so so. I'm 160 lbs and wore a size 10. It fit but awkwardly. If you have a big just may have to go a size up. The dress is also narrow in midsection area so if you have a belly that will be a problem. 

Loved the modern sleeve detail. Fitted and would be tight on anyone busty. Great short length and loved the jewel tone color.

This dress is simple enough for a date to the orchestra but sexy short to make sure it's a hot date!
This dress is so nice! Sleeves are different which makes it eye catching. Length is short, wearing pantyhose with it allowed more confidence!

I love this dress and rented the second time. The sleeve and overall fit is great, not to mention the absolutely stunning color. The one I rent looks a little worn, but it's ok for a statement piece that has amazing color.

Love the color and fit of this dress! It's cute but very professional, especially because it is longer on my shorter frame than it is on the model. (Hits about 3 inches above the knee on me.) Sleeves have a cool zipper thing so you can wear them closed or more open. Love!

I wore this for my sister in law's rehearsal dinner.  It was cute and sweet, but the shoulders gave it a little more personality than the usual long sleeved dress.  The dress is well made, warm, and the color is very pretty.  Would be great for a date night, birthday party etc.

Love this dress, would definitely rent again. The sleeves are on the longer side, but I just pulled it up my elbow and it stayed. It's a lighter weight dress, great for autumn. Debating whether to buy this.

The color is beautiful and I liked the overall style - sleeve detail was quasi-mutton from the turn of the 19th century, with an edgy zipper detail on the forearm, and the short length was flattering. Alas, the 12 ran small. I could zip it up but there was no room to breathe comfortably so I didn't wear it. This would be a good fit for someone curvier, as opposed to the apple/pear shape I am. 

Loved this dress! Color and fabric were both beautiful and fit true to size.

I usually wear a 6, rented an 8 and squeezed into it. The bust was so tight and the waist was a bit snug as well. 

Fits well. Not too short for work on a petite woman, might be too short on taller women. Nice material, pretty color. 

Cute ruffle sleeves, being 5'2 and having shorter arms the sleeves were a bit long I just cuffed them up and it wasn't too noticeable even though sleeves have a zipper. 

Paired with texture tights ankle boots and a statement necklace. Would rent again 

The dress was true to size and very pretty. However, I wanted to use it for client conference at work but it was just too short.
