Really enjoyed this trendy dress. Super comfortable and stylish. The slit runs up the middle in the front and the back so almost looks like cullotes at times.  Sized down to the size 0 and it fit perfectly.

This dress has a smocked back with little suspenders and epaulets- interesting little fashion details which, along with the front slit, kept it from being too prim. I'm small busted so it was a little big on me; the belt helped. I wore to work with a little cardigan but good for bopping around town too. Could be dressed up with heels and accessories. Cute look. 

Loved the interesting safari style of this. Also the slits in the front and back added a bit of office-appropriate 'daringness' (I don't think that's a real word, ha). One of the suspenders was missing (looks like it had been ripped off at the shoulder??), so that was a bummer as I was looking forward to them as an interesting and unusual detail. The other was removable, so it ended up okay. I received tons of compliments.  Does run a bit large. 

I didn't notice when I rented this that the front had a suspender look and attached to the back and belt. Felt a little odd but I received many compliments on the dress and love the length and split in the front. Very comfortable dress. If in between sizes, size down this dress is a little big. 

Loved the middle slit and proportions, and it moves well, but the fit really, really loose and long. I'm very short, but I think unless you're model-tall, it can end up look like a sack.

Love the designer. Dress looks classy and elegant, perfect for work functions. Runs super large. I'm size 4 but based on reviews I sized down to 0 and it was perfect. I'm 5"7 and 125 lb but I have a prominent hips so dress fitted perfectly 

So comfortable and funky while also being appropriate for work and holidays. 

Almost tts fit, maybe just a little large. Love the suspenders, you can't really see them in the photo. I would rent again. 

Easily one of my favorite rentals to date! I rented this for work and sized down to a 0 after reading the reviews (I normally wear a 2-4). I am 5' 6" and the slits in the front weren't too short at all. The material is very nice and doesn't wrinkle and the dress was super comfortable. I also loved the belt and pockets - will definitely be renting again!

Runs large. I wear a 6 and got a 4. Very flattering. 

I really loved this dress. It has suspenders which you can't really see in the photo so I was surprised when I got the dress. BUT it was really cool on and the front slit was perfect!

Loved the fit and style of this - almost looks like a jumpsuit because it has slits in the front and back (but is long, so it works). Perfect silhouette, balanced by the chic black tone & belt; made it perfect for a work conference.

This is a double-take kind of dress. The length and styling don't give its secret weapon away: a front and back center slit that shows off your legs with every step. I'm already a huge sucker for safari-styling, but when I saw how great this dress looked with high heels, I was sold. This is a classic work dress that I would also wear for an evening out or a nice brunch. It runs large but not bulky, and the only weird thing is the back bib which I'm pretty convinced I wore wrong, but I loved the dress so much, I didn't care.

I love this dress. The other reviewers all stated it ran large so I went with a size 4 and was glad I did. The 4 was the perfect size. I loved the length and everything about this piece. I received so many compliments. Would consider buying this for my wardrobe.

I wore this for a work event and it was great. Runs big, and has a slit in the front and back, and suspenders that I didn't know were there. The slit was an okay length for my work event, but might not be appropriate for everyone. RTR stitched the suspenders to the dress (which normally could be removed), so I flipped them around to the back because I thought they were a little too trendy for the setting. That being said I felt great and was very comfortable!

The belt and cut are very cute. I was comfortable all day. Would rent again. 

The dress is a bit complicated, but once you figure out the straps and belt it is fine. Stylish and comfortable. I had to wear it with black opaque tights to make it appropriate as the slits are quite high in front and back.

Chic and easy to wear - loved the suspender detail. Was a bit more billowy than anticipated but belt helped. Slits were a bit high for work (I'm 5'7" with long legs) - I pinned the back.

After reading other reviews I sized down to  4 from my usual 6, sometimes an 8. The 4 fit well overall, a tad short-waisted, perfect length (would probably be too long/frumpy on someone shorter than 5.7). 

Looks sharp, comfortable, perfect for work and the city.  Felt put together. 

I would buy this one if cheaper and waist sat a tad lower.

I don't think I'll rent this again.  I'm very busty and the 'suspender' detail on the front didn't work well with a 34G chest.  I wore a fitted slip underneath to smooth out any lumps and also to conceal my bra since the arms were a bit looser than I might have liked.   I liked the overall concept of the dress, but didn't feel it was a good match with my figure. 

Not a great fit!  Tight on the bottom, big on the top.

Didn't LOVE it. I went by all the previous reviews and ordered down a size, but it was just EH. Not a huge fan of the "suspenders". 

I rented this for work. It has odd straps; once you figure those out, you realize it has cool front and back splits. Unfortunately they were too high for my work environment. I'm 5'10 and the front slit only stopped approx 4 inches below my inseam.

I am in my second trimester so I sized up quit a bit on this. Even though the 10 fit over my big belly the material was just gross. Like a heavy bad polyester. Black is usually chic in every material but this was just bad. Maybe it would have looked nicer after a good steam/press. 

This dress has a strange combination of straps and a belt that I didn't notice in the picture. As much as I messed with the straps they always looked awkward. It also runs her large.

I wear a size 6-8 and 6 was the right size.  But I felt like it looked dumpy on me so I sent it back without wearing it.  The image is better than the reality.
