I loved this fabric. It felt great on. I have some curves so think it might have looked a little better on someone with smaller hips but it still fit nicely. Plenty of room to zip up. I am tall and did find it to be a little on the shorter side, so I wore it will leggings and ankle boots to work and it was fine. The color is great for fall. 


The cute flounce on the hem makes this dress extra special for work. The color is a lovely dark teal which I loved. The fabric is like a cotton sateen,  thick but very breathable for summer. Ran true to size and a great length for us shorties :-).

Such a cute work option! It runs true to size, and I would recommend sizing up for your back up. It works well for any cup sizes, and there is comfortable room in the bustline. The dress is not fitted at the waist or hips. Depending on your height, the dress can be mini or mid thigh length. The fabric has some stretch, and I would suggest this look for all women, even baby bump! Pair with some fun tights, heels, and statement earrings 

I loved wearing this dress for work. Top quality dress (good fabric, cut, rich color) and it just looked so very sophisticated. I received a lot of compliments at work.

Cool shift with updated ruffle skirt. The color is beautiful dark turquoise and the fabric has some stretch to it. I found the dress to fit a little wide but it is great length for shorter girls . 

This dress was an easy chic outfit. I threw in my favorite jewelry and DONE. This is perfect for a work day when you want to look polished but don't want to think about it. I paired this with flats because it felt a bit short. However, when sitting the front ruffle is forgiving where the dress may otherwise feel too revealing. My boyfriend loved this one. The fabric is heavy with a bit of stretch. Impeccably made. With the long zipper in the back this would be great with tights and boots in the winter. For summer, this is west coast ok but beware in the warmer climates. I'd save it for fall in NYC. 

Rented for an 80s themed party and while it was perfectly boxy for 80s, it was not perfectly boxy for a night out.  Very loose through the hips and waist, wish it was a bit more form fitting.  However if was very comfortable and the flaps were fun!

This dress was structured and classy for work. Dark and formal enough for presentation yet interesting and flattering. The construction was great and substantial fabric justified the price point for sure.

Fits well. Flattering. Only downside is that it is too short to raise arms in. 

I rented this for work and wore it with black tights and heeled loafers.  I felt like it was just a smidge too short, and it might have been better with flats for work.  That said, it would be very cute with nude heels for a non-work event.  The ruffle in the front and back does give the illusion that the skirt is a bit longer than it really is.  The skirt under the ruffle was form-fitting, and I found the neck to pull a bit and felt tight when sitting, but there was plenty of stretch in the arms and chest.  The body-side of the skirt is lined with a silky material, so it tended to hike up a bit when I walked.  The color is gorgeous, and looked very nice with my complexion, so I would definitely rent again, but probably not for the office.  This piece would be better for a cocktail party or an event where I was going to be spending more time standing than sitting.

 got this for a client meeting and had everyone in the room complement it.  its a thick fabric which is perfect for work and its got a great structure and design appeal.  will for sure rent again!

I grabbed this via unlimited on a whim and I liked it way better than I thought I would - this dress is really quite chic and a great color. It's a true shift dress, and the ruffle comes off as modern rather than girly, which was a pleasant surprise. I sized up for length as I was renting it for work and was glad I did, but would order my regular size to wear for another event.

Loved this dress, but unfortunately it smelled like BO so i could not wear it. Even tried to wipe dryer sheet on it but it wasn't enough.  But had it not smelled, would have been so cute. Tighter around legs than waist (when i lifted arms it got stuck on thighs, but loose no matter what on waist in a box cut style dress way)

Great color and length for shorties. Would rent again 

Tibi has lots of dresses like this. Boxy shifts.  This one is just as good as the others.  Comfortable shift but also flattering but on this one the peplum is a little heavy.  I liked it but probably wouldnt choose it again.

It fit well but the dress is straight and not tapered at all at the waist. So it was a bit boxy. But the flounce at the bottom was really cute and I got a lot of compliments. The fabric is very nice and the dress is well made.

This dress is VERY heavy, a bit too heavy for SoCal in Spring. As a result, the ruffles aren't as flowy as they appear, but are instead a bit stiff. Finally, at 5'2", the seam at the bust hit in an unflattering place. I didn't end up wearing the dress and would only recommend it to wear in cold weather and for taller women.

Well constructed dress that was unique and not too sexy for a work reception. I had to iron the ruffle. Like but didn't love this one. 

Love the look, color, and quality of material for this dress, but it is not very forgiving for the hourglass body type.  It was too tight around my hips and loose around the shoulders.   Such a bummer!

The dress is a bit wider/boxier than I expected it to be. The color is deep and rich and the quality is great.
