I've been waiting to rent these a long time and they did not disappoint. Quality basic pants with a very high waist. It’s harder and harder to find all clothes, but pants especially, in quality fabric so I appreciate that these are almost 100% wool. Not too thick, so they would be fine for all but the hottest weather. They were a bit large on me (a skinny hourglass who is a zero in everything but often a 2 in pants), so I would try a zero next time. 

I probably should have sized up. The semi thick material didn't wrinkle and the neutral color was versatile.

Fit very well. Loved how comfortable they were. Would defiantly rent again. 

Loved the look of these pants online but when I went to try them on they were a bit big on the waist and crouch area. I ended up styling with a crew neck sweater tucked in the front to fill some of the extra space on the waist. I would suggest going a size smaller to give that high waisted sleek look!

The fabric is really lovely and these pants are extremely comfortable, but they ran a little big in the things and crotch area so they fit a little baggier than I'd hoped. They're great for everyday, but not sure about the sizing...I feel a 4 might be too small. 

great fit though they do have some stretch. I went with the 10, though due to the stretch and 8 could have worked too. They are super soft light wool and will be wearable in most seasons because they aren't too thick. Ended up purchasing.

These pants are definitely a thin wool. They are very high rise and cute for tucking in but I didn't get a chance to wear them. 

These were very tight in the thigh-area. I am normally a size 4 but sized up to a 6. Very nice quality though! I would have loved to wear these at work!

I am usually a 6 to 8 and these were so tight I would have needed a 10. Flannel material is nice.

Second time I have rented, these go with so much and are super comfy and smart.

Love these pants. I will definitely rent them again. However, they are pretty hot wool material and not the best for NY in the summertime. Contemplating buying these for the winter though.

So cute and fits great! I should have gotten the 6 because it was loose around my waist but overall sooo cute and luxurious and great for everyday/work.

Great pants, length good for me (I'm 5'4"). Warm and cozy. I think they run a little large bc I wore a 2 and I'm normally a 4.

Very high-waisted! A little baggy on the crotch and loose around the waist for an 8, my usual size in Theory. 

I love that the high waist fit comfortably and looked good with cropped and regular length tops. The gray color is easy to work with. The slight crop looks good with flats and platforms. I appreciated that the fabric didn't stretch in the knees or wrinkle in the front.

They fit perfectly when I tried them on first but I feel like the fabric stretched out a bit throughout the day in the legs and butt area (not the waist). Could just be my imagination! Typically wear a size 2 or 4.

I love the quality of these pants. They are high-waisted and the perfect length for me. Size 4 was a little too tight but I will definitely be renting size 6 next!

Loved the fabric and it was so comfortable. I think it was a bit long on me as the pants were not as cropped on me as they were on the model. If I owned them, I'd have them tailored.

I loved these pants for work - they were a bit tight on me, so you might want to go up a size. Otherwise very comfortable and good quality.

Very comfortable and warm. Not at all itchy. Wore it twice to the office paired with a light sweater. Only negative is that the waist and stomach area were a little bit loose on me but would have otherwise bought.

These Theory pants were true to size and very comfortable. They are very high rise and looked best when my shirt was tucked in. Would rent again.

pants were cute and fabric stretched just enough to make them feminine. They were a little shorter than ankle length on me, I would have preferred another inch but I have very long legs. Also after several wearings the knees bagged out a little. The fabric had a nice feel but was a little thin - the outlines of the front pockets were visible. Lining would have been great!

Very soft and warm pants were perfect for the recent brusque days walking into work. But high and tight for me but felt great regardless.

I ordered a 10 because I knew that Theory sometimes runs a little small - and that was a mistake. Order your normal size! I could have gotten away with my normal 6 or 8. These were too large, so I didn't wear them. But they felt comfortable and stretchy. I also think that the leg and pleats are just not my style.
