The cut is so, so flattering and slimming. It has cute zippers at the ankles for style or just to help get them off. But they are pull on, stretchy, and tight - not work appropriate if worn on their own. But look fantastic with a blazer. Really high quality material, just in a tights fashion. 

I have been searching for the perfect legging and rented these with unlimited in hopes they might fit the bill. They totally did- had there not been a light pen mark on then I would have made them permanently mine.

Pros: like, everything- great high waist, thick stiff fabric with a bit of stretch, flattering on leg and booty

Cons: maybe a tad long but IDGAF to be honest

I love the skinny fit of these pants! I'm always on the lookout for business-casual pants. Even though these are like leggings (in that they do not have pockets or a zipper), the fabric gives it a professional look and feel. There are cute zippers at the bottom of the pant legs, as well.

These pants are awesome. Stretchy, thick "leggings". This is the kind of athleisure that you can wear out (and possibly to work but I haven't gone that far yet). Very flattering, high waisted (if you don't like high waisted, these pants aren't sitting anywhere else). Love these.

These are very well made leggings. Thicker material so you can tuck a shirt in without too much noticeable bunching. There's zippers down by the ankles. Great color for fall! 

These pants were very tight and very long. I made it work by folding the bottoms up about four inches and wearing higher boots but these pants are really designed for someone 5'8 (I'm 5'3). Also, I'm normally a 0-2, but in these I wish I'd have had the 4. They were cute though and I'd try them again bigger.

The fit was very tight at first but then stretched out a lot and got saggy in the butt. The color was also quite faded, it was evident these had been rented and worn a lot

These pants: LOVE.  The inseam is long (hooray), so if you're short, wear heels or un-zip/cuff these pants.   They fit a little small (I sized up based on others comments from my normal 10 to 12), but the fabric is great.  They don't wrinkle, they're comfortable, etc.  No pockets, just FYI.

Pants fit well and were long enough for my 33" inseam.   Zipper at the bottom adds interest and makes it easier to get them on and off.

I definitely will rent these again! They are thick leggings with zippers on the inside hem. They are actually long enough for me!! I also got several compliments on these when I wore them to work. These fit very snugly. I wore a 2, which is my normal size, however when I rent again I may try a 4. They didn't feel too tight once they were on, but I personally struggled to get them over my butt when I was putting them on because they don't have a zipper. Just something to consider!

I would like to have these for everyday. Comfy and yet elegant. 

These fit well and the fabric is thick and good quality. 

Very fitted pants. They worked well for me, as I have very long legs. Looks great with a sweatshirt or a longer sweater. Color is somewhere between a navy and a royal blue. Love these pants.

Fits me well, I am tall/lanky so definitely for long peeps.

I ended up buying these pants because they're so perfect. The fit, length, material, color- everything is perfect. Great for work, date, weekends. Highly recommend. 

They fabric has stretch with lots of structure to hold everything in. Very snug but in a comfortable way.  I will rent again and maybe buy next time 

Love the high waist and the thickness of the legging.  Doesn't look like leggings so perfect for work and totally comfortable. Length was a bit long so had to wear heels and zip the ankle area.

These are super thick leggings that really hold it all in.  Very flattering and comfortable!  Considering buying because they are a great staple.

I loved the fit - kept everything tight and in place!  The little zippers at the ankle were super cute and I really loved the seams!  I would totally rent these again!

They fit but it's somewhat awkward. Nice color.

I'm 5'7" and these were too long for me. 

This run small (as with many Theory items) and can be a bit of a hassle getting on and off.  They look great and are great quality, but I felt a little subconscious at work unless I was wearing a long jacket.  

These were true to size and felt like sweatpants but dressed up enough for the office. I'm at my most painfully thin right now, so they didn't do much to enhance my bottom - but that's more my butt's fault than the pants themselves. I think if I were at my normal weight they would have been adorable and worth a purchase consideration.

The thickness of the material is really nice but they're realllly hard to get on 

These pants fit great!  They are high waisted and made of thick flattering stretch fabric.  I would have bought them if I was a couple inches taller. 

These kept slipping off me.  I would have had to rent a size smaller than my actual size for them to stay up on their own.

Size 6 wasn't available so I rented size 4 which I was barely able to pull up over my butt but once I managed to, they fit like a glove. Even though I rented a smaller size, they were still at least 2 inches too long on me and I had to cuff them.

Very nice thick material. Runs a little small. 

For leggings, this fabric didn't have enough stretch.
Theory clothes usually run a bit big on me, so I was quite surprised that it was really tight on me even as a 2.  They look quite nice, but too uncomfortable for me to wear.

They were too long for me, my inseam is about 30.  I liked how structured they were and how nice the material was.  It just wasn't a good fit for me. 

These were the worst. Super long, ridiculously tight,  very little stretch or give in the material, which was hard and starchy. Sent back immediately. 

probably would have fit well if i don't have a well developed rear end.
