Everything I'd expect from Theory. Gorgeous, true navy colored thick crepe fabric. I probably could have gone up a size because the fabric has no stretch and no zipper side closure. 

Cute conservative top; perfect for work. The waist of the shirt is slightly narrow, but not enough for you to go up a size. I rented a size xs based on RTR's recommendation, but I usually wear a size small. The xs fit perfectly fine and I'm glad I got it, but a small would've worked fine too. Pictured with a pair of A.L.C. navy blue pants--also from RTR. For reference I'm 5'7 and 132lbs. 

Great fit. Careful of leaving deodorant marks while putting on. 

Practical layer to go with suits -- high quality.

I got this to teach some part time classes, and it was perfect! (Never mind that I am awful at taking selfies.) it has a nice drape to it, and you could easily dress it up or down. I love tops that give just a little something "extra" to a business-casual outfit, and this shirt was perfect. I wore a small, which fit nicely. But if you want more of a drape look, size up once. 

Would have kept and worn again if I hadn't gotten deodorant streaks on it when taking it off

The fabric, the drape, the simplicity. Perfection. I think I'll buy this one. 

This is a nice, professional top for spring and summer. The draping of the neckline is elegant. The bottom of the top is a bit fitted, which I thought was slightly awkward. If I want to rent this one again, I'll see if a medium looks better on the bottom. **update**--I sized up to a medium and it fits much better. Yes, the top tends to slide around and expose bra straps-nothing some fashion tape can't fix. Bought it!!

My bra straps still showed, the boat neck was a little too large. Otherwise, this shirt is very comfortable and versatile. 

This is a beautiful top, I wore it under a blazer and it provided for a nice neckline. If it was warm and not the polar vortex outside, it would be wonderful to wear without a blazer to really be able to see the beautiful tailoring of the top. I think it runs a little snug in the stomach area. It is not too long.
