These fit exactly how I would expect. Light weight pant perfect for work

Exactly true to Theory 6 fit. These pants are professional and flattering. 

Not super flattering, too low rise especially if you have a big butt

I love Theory suits, but these pants were an awkward fit and length. I guess this is why I have my suits tailored!

Quality pants at ankle level and looks good with pumps or heels.  It's a great slim fit.

Light and comfy for the office. It's one of those stables you can just throw on and not have to think about your outfit that day, and you'll still look put together.  Goes well with any top too.

Slim fit without being overly tight or skinny. I'm 5'3 and they were the perfect height for heels - probably a little long for flats. Will probably rent again or even buy a pair!

Runs really large. I'm typically an 8 in Theory and these almost fell off of me. I like the style, so I plan to re-order in a size down. 

Will loosen up throughout the day especially if you are walking or moving around. Great to wear with heels.

Loved the fit , the cut & the fabric. Will definitely rent again. They run pretty true to size , maybe a little large. I paired with a blouse and sweater and with a blazer. Easy to wear and very well made

Great quality, they're a little short on my 5'10" build, but still look great with heels or flats. Fit perfect through the waist in hips with a little stretch. 

These were classic tailored pants for my office job. They were long on my short legs and would've looked even better if I had hemmed them.

Ive rented these a few times now and love them. 

I liked how these fit. As I'm a big 10 for now, I got the 12. Fit well and got a bit looser as the day went on. So may need a belt. Loosening did not really impact appearance. Liked the material. 

Great drape of the material. Thin (in a "does not add lbs way") fabric that managed to never crease or wrinkle despite 8 wearings. 
The 10 was a bit big in the bootie for my frame and had to wear heels. 
Would rent again thought might try a size down. 

These are very well fitting pants and fit true to size. I'm 5'3 and found them a little long to wear without a heel. They are definitely more 'business formal' in their look/weight/construction than business casual. I recommend and would rent again!

Great pants. Nice lining and great material - classic black pants. 

Nice fabric and well made. A great tailored basic black pant with a nice lenght. Unfortunately I ordered a 12 and they were pretty big on me. I would say they run a bit big. Next time I will order a size 10. 

These pants didn't work for my style, but I love Theory! I either like my pants skinny or wide-leg, this was awkwardly straight for me.

I material is very soft and feels high quality. I loved them when I first put them on but after wearing them all day I felt like they became pretty loose on me. I think I should maybe size down one size. I really liked the tailored leg. I will rent again in a smaller size. 

The fit was amazing. Slightly long but fine with heels. Light weight.

Usually I have to size up in theory pants but these ran much larger than I expected and were baggy on me.  I am typically a size 6 and the eight was too big

These fit perfect and very nice quality (wool) however did tend to wrinkle after sitting. 

I rented these on a quest for the perfect black pants. These have a great fabric/texture but don’t have much stretch. They fit ok but we’re a little tight in the hips on me.  

I used a pin as front button to cover my tummy.

The pants are too long for me at 5'3" and because of the straight leg, heels didn't look right. 

Really cute, classic pant. Didn't end up wearing because they were a little too short on me. 

Too big and too short.  Not made for someone 5'8".

Snug in the waist. Looked cropped on me, but my legs are long. Would have liked a narrower leg.

Fit OK at hips and waist but weirdly large fit in the calf area, was hoping for a slightly slimmer fit

A 0P size would have been nice. It runs too long.
