Great fit and look for a long day at a marketing conference!! Yep, pretty much got to wear yoga pants to work and looked great. Travelled well, great material.

I've been eyeing this top before I even started using RTR. So glad I could try it. It's so versatile, wear with/without a shirt/pants, many possibilities... I may even buy it.

I ended up wearing this layered with a long-sleeve dress underneath since the top can be revealing if worn as a dress alone. I loved it! Very unique and high quality as it's more of a suit material. 

Everyone complimented my dress today! I think it was obvious that the dress was quality. #chic #classy

Love this piece for layering! This dress works perfectly as a vest with leather leggings and a top for during the  day and can be transitioned into a dress for after work drinks!. I got so many compliments! Definitely must rent this two-for-one! 

The perfect layer to make just about anything look more polished. I wore it over blouse/pants and as a dress. It works as both! 

This was lovely as both a waistcoat over trousers and as a dress for work with a white collared shirt underneath. 

Wore it with jeans, a black tank underneath, flats, great for everyday life, errands etc.

This vest coat/jacket is really cute but it rant large and much longer then in the picture.

Wow, love the material on this piece.  Nice weight for fall.  So many options for wearing it.  Dress up or down, jeans, leggings, multiple types of tops could dress this up or down.   

Loved the vest. I am too busty to wear it without an undershirt, so that's a warning to those who don't want to layer. But, I loved it layered.

I LOVE this piece.  I wore it with dark skinny jeans, black chunky heels and a gold necklace.  Perfect for work and dinner with girlfriends after.  Looking forward to renting it again this fall/winter to pair with a white button down, leather leggings and booties.  

This vest is absolutely gorgeous-very current silhouette, nice weight and drape. I saw that other renters wore it as a dress and found it a little revealing... there is no way this would have worked as a dress for me! But as a vest, perfect. 

Wore with a sleeveless silk undershirt of same black color and cuffed trousers.  Great look and surprisingly warm for being sleeveless.  Loved and would own.  Not appropriate as a dress, too much risk for flashing.  

I am a 34C and definitely needed to wear a t-shirt underneath for work, but it looked super cute and I got tons of compliments. When I wore it for a night out, I wore it without a shirt under (and no bra) and it was stunning. Cleavage, but not excessive, and so easy and toed the line between casual and dressy. LOVE this piece and will rent again, for sure!

Fit ran true to size. You don't need to worry about getting it perfect as it's a wrap closure. 

Although shown as a vest, I wore this as a chic LBD.  Dressed up with heels or tall boots, dressed down with black Birkenstocks, and even with my favorite Golden Goose sneaks - this dress is a real all-around champion.  It's timeless, but slightly sexy.  May even buy it...

Dress was perfect for work and you can dress it up or down. 

Beautiful dress, with the quality one would expect from Theory. This dress is flattering and versatile. I wore it to work and to a brunch. The fit and drape are wonderful. My only concern was that the dress can become somewhat "peekaboo". The skirt wrap hit such that the dress could be quite revealing if I wasn't careful. I also felt the need to wear a cami under the dress for the office, as the neckline was cut a bit low. Still felt great both times I wore this dress and received enough compliments that I didn't want to send it back!

i'm typically btwn a 2 and a 4, but wore a 2 in this before it was a wrap dress. it fit perfectly. i did need to wear a cami under because i found the front to be a bit open. i'm not sure if a larger size would've fixed the issue, either way it worked out fine. the skirt portion does open up a bit in the front while walking, but i wore tights underneath so it wasn't an issue for me. the pockets are very deep and can hold a ton of stuff. the dress reminded me of a long sleeveless suit jacket that was turned into a wrap. i'm a fan! 

Pros: Extremely flattering and very well made. This is a dream dress! 
Cons: The V-neck goes a little low for my taste. I'll definitely wear this out, but I might be a little self-conscious about it. 
This is a sexy and classic black dress. I love the tie at the waste and the pockets. The material is very flattering and hides imperfections. I use Unlimited--not sure if I'll ever want to return this dress! 

I wore over jeans with a fitted black long sleeve shirt. I've seen some people wear as a dress but the 0 would have been way to small to wear as a dress for me. However looked cute as a vest. 

I love this wrap vest. It is so versatile! I rented it for work but have decided to keep it for a bit longer for weekend/dinner/drinks wear too. It's a bit longer than I was expecting (based on the pictures), but otherwise ran true to Theory sizing.

Classy-yet-spicy wrap dress! The neckline is a bit low for my conservative work-place but the deal breaker for wearing it at work was the upper-thigh view on the leg. I couldn't figure out how to tie it to make it more modest but, hey, it works for cocktail hour.  Cheers!

I like Theory because I usually take petite sizes, and they're narrowly proportioned across the shoulders, and usually, the torso. Not so with this dress: because my torso is shorter than normal, the point of crossover in the wrap hit uncomfortably low - and there was a bit of a poof above the tied waist. The poof is probably okay - nice style points, more like a shirt dress style, but it would've required a camisole underneath to wear for work. 

This is a wrap dress with a very low neckline and bottom of the dress has a high slit. I wore a tank top under the dress thankfully! Keep in mind I am 5'10 with a full bust and curvy hips. I kept tightening the tie but the neckline was very low and when I walked the high slit was bothersome for me since I work in a conservative workplace. The dress is a very classic and refined with thick fabric.  I do like the dress but not for the workplace although I believe for other heights and body types it would work for the workplace. 

This was a beautiful dress, however, I should have sized up. The dress did not cover my bra and had to be worn with a blouse underneath. Ultimately, it was not very flattering on my shape. I didn't wear it, but wish I could have. 

Much lower cut than I was expecting, but that could be because the dress was, overall, much snugger/smaller than I expected (I got the 8). I had hoped to wear it to work but it would have been highly inappropiate! Maybe I will try a size up next time...

I wanted this to work so badly. Ending up wearing this over a shirt and legging bc the front wouldn't stay closed. A cute idea with just OK execution. 

So I really wanted this to look like the picture.  Like I wore it the same way with black pants, and theoretically it would have except I've got these redic DDs just living to ruin all my outfits.  There was literally no way I could wear it without a tank under it, and so I did, but it just wasn't quite as chic.  

You have to wear a shirt underneath to make it work appropriate. I have a large chest so the fit wasn't great for my body type. 

This vest was longer on me than I expected. I'm 5'9" and the best hit me well below the knee which made it less flattering. Had to wear a top underneath. Nice vest but just not flattering on me. 

I'm 5'4" and the vest fell to below my knees, cutting me off at a weird point that was pretty difficult to style.  The fabric was nice and heavy, well constructed.  I really wanted to love it and figure out how to wear it but just couldn't quite get there.

This dress is well made but I'm 5'7 and the length was just weird right at my knees. The wrap doesn't stay in place so I had to hold it closed all day at work which was super annoying. Overall it's cute but I don't think I would rent again. 

I was so excited for this, until it arrived. I love wrap dresses! There was no way for me to wear this. The lapels barely came around the sides of my chest. The rest of the dress fit beautifully, but the big gaping gap in the front kept me from wearing this at all. I couldn't even work a shirt or blouse underneath because the issue was too obvious. I've been a consistent 12 for most dresses and like I said, fit beautifully everywhere else. I just cannot recommend. Also, not sure why the model is wearing leggings... This is a crepe material, leggings would be completely inappropriate with it.
