Super fun, work dress.  Received lots of compliments.  I thought the bottom was black and white but it's really navy.  The white top isn't as white as I thought.  Fit across my back and shoulders was a bit tighter than I'd like but still manageable.

This dress kept showing up as recommended in my app and every person in the review photos looked FANTASTIC so despite this not being something I would normally try, I rented it. 

When I tried it on and did my RTR delivery fashion show for my husband, I told him I would either look as fantastic as the other renters or I would look like a pirate. Turns out I absolutely loved it and I felt amazing in this dress. If you're on the fence, rent it!

Felt super confident at work while still comfortable. I did wear a tank under, as I agreed with other reviews the front opening seemed risque. Petite friendly, would highly recommend.

I usually wear a size 12 US and this turned out to be a little loose, but other than that it was on point. The fabric was amazing and I'm 5'5" so it's a little longer on me than it probably should be but that's fine. Definitely renting it again! 

I really liked the details in this dress. It grew on me throughout the day. The top isn't too sheer, I wore a pale pink bra and you couldn't see it at all. The slit in the chest would be much sexier with a larger bust, it goes pretty low

Usually a size 4 in most brands which I think is equivalent to a 2 in ted baker. Loved the skirt which is pleated with two slits but not too high. The sleeves do not have a ton of stretch and I couldn't keep sleeves rolled up but I still loved the look. The lace up v on the shirt can be a little risqué for the office if you have a big bust. I ended up wearing a cami underneath just in case. Really easy work dress that looks like you put a lot of effort in! Recommend and I will rent again.

Loved the slits on both sides of the dress. Slits didn't go up too high. I wore this dress with thigh high boots and just the tiniest bit of skin peaked out. Cute fall look! 

the dress fits well. skirt is interesting.  overall, I think it's a good option for work.  I would rent this again. 

This Ted Baker London dress runs big. I could've sized down or 2. I made it work and wore a belt. 

Comfortable dress, color and flow are good. A little bit long for shorties but that was my mood! 

This dress felt frumpy on me.  Too big.  I pulled it over my head without unzipping.  It's heavy fabric, quality, good for work.  But it was not for me.  It looks like skirt and blouse, not dress, which is good.  

Looked better than expected, but top was a little weird.  Waist was too high if you've got boobs.  But EVERYONE loved the skirt so I went home at lunch and added a sweater.  Presto!  

This dress does not work on a petite frame. I looked like a milkmaid. 

5 stars for the skirt, if this had been separates, I would've bought it. The top just does not feel fashionable at all. I actually wish it was colder in my office today so I could cover it up with my blazer but instead I'm trying to rock it and get through the day, but I won't be renting this again

The fit is forgiving and the grommets on the sides give it some added style!

This dress was perfect to wear to the office but there were a few things that made me knock off a star... The "blouse" portion of the dress appears white in the photos but it actually a very pale blue. Also, the v-neck was a tad lower than expected, but I tied it alway the way up. 

Runs about 2 sizes too large. Cute skirt. Paired with booties. 

The pleating and flow of the skirt is phenomenal. Honestly stunning and so fun to wear. Unfortunately, a bit too loose in the waist on me made it a bit saggy looking. 

Very pretty dress and the Size 1 fit nicely and was not snug at all.  I'm 5-5, 126.  If you got my particular one, you would note that there are grey stains on the left arm, on the upper portion.  Not super noticeable, but there nonetheless.  Great for work and meeting clients.  Could even do a dinner with clients look.  Top is flowy, not crisp.  Overall, solid work wear. 

Somewhat reminiscent of early 19th century school marm. Nothing wrong with that, just not the look I was going for--a little too big in areas.

Really cute bottom half.. well made, moves well, and stylish. However, I REALLY hated the top of the dress. I felt like captain sparrow... Odd how horrible the top is compared to how incredible the skirt is. I tried to cover it up with a blazer and by tucking in the draw string shoelace-like closure.  Truly an odd combo

I took a chance on this one but I think it was too big and kind of felt like I looked like a pirate…

The dress seems confused on it’s identity. The top is a basic peasant blouse with criss cross rope neck line. The bottom half was really cool. The two just didn’t go together. As if I was halfway through a wardrobe change and ran out of time.

Loved! Size down, I typically would wear a size 6/8 but the 4 fit a tiny bit loose, but very comfortable and looked great!

I received many compliments on this dress, but I did have a hard time getting it on! Once it was on, it fit true to size. 

Beautiful movement in the pleated skirt and felt fabulous in this. Paired it with riding-style boots on a chilly day which gave it a total cool factor!

I absolutely loved this dress. It ran a bit large but the slits on the skirt made it flirty and fun. Paired it with boots and it was a perfect fall outfit. 

Rented for work. Looked awful on the hanger.  Was very comfortable, had pockets, beautiful material. I rented a size up and might have been able to stay at my size, but I've had bad luck with other Ted Baker dresses. I will definitely rent this dress again.

I received many compliments on this dress.  I really wanted to love it because it's a great look.  The only reason I can't is that the top is short through the waist;  I had to pull it down every time I moved (thank goodness for the pockets!).  If you have a shorter torso, this will be a great dress for you.  Also be wary of the sizing as other reviewers have said:  I'm usually a 6-8 and this was a 2 which was a great fit through the chest, back, arms and length.
