It's tough to find a great long sleeved dress -- and while sometimes during the night I would fondly refer to my dress as an ice skating costume (mostly due to the puffed shoulders and having recently watched I, Tonya), I got many compliments and I was comfortable all night. I was between the 36 and 38, and while I could have worn the 36, I was able to move/breathe a little better in the larger one. Great colors and details. Wore easily with black tights and booties.

Attended a fall wedding in SC, it was in the low 50s that weekend and this Florida girl needed long sleeves. 
Dress was beautiful. Looked great with stockings. It was a tight fit up top, dress is not stretchy material so it was tough to zip up. 
I can't blame the dress though, I've packed on some pounds recently :)

 It all depends on where you keep your zipper! This extremely versatile dress makes it easy to transition from work to date night. Beware the wind!!! This dress also catches the breeze. 

Obsessed with this dress. Originally rented it for a bridal party but ended up wearing it to work. So many compliments! Slightly right across the chest, so may want to size up if you're more gifted in that department. Other than that it fit like a glove. Wore with flats on my way in to work, and changed into heels and it looked even better. Definitely renting again!

When I tried to rent this, the 10 was not available and so I ordered the 12. I am usually a 10, but very busty, so I thought it might work. However, the 12 was entirely too big on me. I could pinch together about three or four extra inches of fabric on the waistline. I wore it anyway and got a TON of compliments. The colors are absolutely beautiful, vibrant gem tones. This is a great fall dress. The high neckline gives it a conservative feel, but the pattern and zipper make it fun. It stands out in a crowd! I am returning the 12 and hoping the 10 or 8 becomes available soon so that I can rent again and have it fit me better. 

The waist has no give, so it was a bit of a challenge to get it over my bust, but once it was on, it felt fabulous. The lightweight fabric would be perfect for any season, even though the jewel tones work especially well in fall. I'd pair it with opaque tights and heels for date night!

SO many compliments on this dress. The puffy sleeves could be a bit bold for some--very early 90s--but I like that it made the dress stand out. Super flattering. No stretch. 

I loved this dress. So comfortable and fun. I wore it to with black tights and booties to make it office friendly. 

Slightly see through, I didn't wear a slip and was fine but would've felt more comfortable with one 

Loved this dress!!! It is pretty loose fitting which is nice because it isn't too constricting. Got lots of compliments and love the colors!!! <3 

Fit was easy and comfortable, has a zipper down the side which helps the waist fit nicely.

Absolutely adore the colors in this dress & was super excited to wear my navy blue bow booties that I don't have many outfits to wear with. The material is thin but I put a long sleeve black shirt under it (because I hate covering my rental dresses up with a sweater) and because of the mock neck, you couldn't even see it. I was warm and comfortable and got some great compliments throughout the day :)

Obsessed! Wore this for travel to Australia, going from winter to summertime. Wore it with tights in the US, and took them off when I got to Australia. Beautiful! Fit great!

This dress is just absolutely beautiful and the cut was super cute and flattering. The fabric is not the most luxe, but the print and color is gorgeous and the slight stiffness of the marerial gives it structure. The shoulders are definitely quite puffed which I loved, the sleeves are a bit too short (a common problem for me) and the length is a little on the longer side - about to the top of the knee for me. 

It was fitted at the waist but not super tight - but the material does noy stretch. My bust is very small so it seemed like there was plenty of extra material there but others have noted it to be tight on a larger chest, and I do think the details like the puffed shoulder, contrast front zip, and high neck are particularly flattering to the small busted.

Ran a tad tight actoss the chest - im a 34D and rented a size 38. Otherwise fit like a dream. Love the shoulder detail and how easily jg moves from day to night. Want to keep this one forever! 

I loved everything about this dress! The colors, the fit, the fact that It was modest and flirty and sexy all at the same time! Didn't get to Rock it though because unfortunately there was a tear in the underarm! I will 100% select It again! The reviews were on point! The dress runs on the small side. I generally wear a pretty solid six/38 but sized up to a 40 as my stylist suggested! Glad i did because my chest wouldn't have fit in It had i gone smaller! Overall gorgeous selection! I'm sure next time it'll be flawless! 

I loved this dress. It fit perfect and loved the ruffle detail on shoulders. I received so many compliments when wearing. I would rent again! 

It was a little hard to get over my chest but after I got it on it fit perfectly! The colors are so Vibrant and I can't tell you how many compliments I received! 

Really liked this - perfect transitional piece you could dress up or down.  Sleeve length was perfect without cuffs being too tight.  Loved the neckline.

The top kept twisting on me and it looked kind odd. But over all I liked. 

Small up top, no stretch, upsize at least 1-2 if you have a larger chest. The color was stunning, will rent again, considering a purchase! Paired with Oscar De La Renta earnings from RTR 

The fit was flattering, but this dress is more appropriate for shorter ladies. At 5'7" the sleeves, waist, skirt all seemed too short. 

This dress fit well, but the waist stretched out about an inch during wear. Cute with brown boots. Not too short for a 5'10" person. Great for an hourglass figure. 

I really wanted to love this dress. I love the color and the zipper top is perfect to go from work to a night out. For me it was just too short and the fit and flare style made it more obvious. If you can size up it may work better but I was already in the largest size offered. 

Really enjoyed this dress, tempted to buy it. Loved the puffed sleeves and the playful colors. Would definitely rent again.

I wore this for my partner's graduation ceremony/day. It held up in 80 degree temps and was the perfect blend of polished, pulled together & stylish. Fit very well too! Would definitely rent again!

The colors show up more brightly in person making for a really fun pattern. Easy to wear--wore w tights and black booties. 

Love the pattern, fit, zipper in the front which you can pull all the way up and down depending on your event and the gathering in the shoulders made this dress really fun!

So flattering, so cute, comfortable, and easy to dress up and down. Wore it with heels for a date, with sneakers to run around town, with flats for a day out with the girls. I have never gotten more compliments on a piece or felt more confident in any RTR piece. Want to buy it!

Loved this. Loose and flowy in my size. Could have sized down for a more fitted look. Pattern is gorgeous. Definitely best for evening or fall. 

This is the perfect fit and hugs in the right places. It is fitted on your torso to the right place where it fans out in case you have a little tummy pooch (which I do! ). It's a great length and really flattering. 

Really cute!!! A little tight on the chest and a bit short for work, but I think if I sized up it would be a total win.

YES, yes, yes this dress. I would rent again 100% -- the shoulders MAKE this dress. Such a fun piece, I wore with a hot pink lip and received tons of complements. Material was a little thin, and the dress is unlined, but it didn't make a difference. 

So easy to wear, not tight. The sleeves were shorter on me than in the photos, but still looked good.

I wasn't sure how I would like this dress. I have football player shoulders and rarely do I wear anything to enhance their size, but I liked the pattern and the reviews made me try. I'm so glad I rented (unlimited) because it is very flattering, femme, light/soft material with a beautiful colorful pattern that lends itself to all seasons. I may rent this again when it gets warmer out to wear with some of my open toe/strappy shoes. It looks great with boots too. Many compliments. It runs big everywhere except for the bust. That's almost on the small side. 

Zero complaints. Just be aware the bodice is snug.
