I wear it for the office, it's nice fabric, only problem is that when you walk too much it went between my legs.

Just amazing. Rent it you won't regret it. Love the fabric love the dress I would buy it if it wasn't so expensive 

Cute dress for work. My office is more on the casual side of business casual so this is a good piece to wear to work and then out after. A lot of the reviews say it runs small or tight in the chest; while it is a little tight in the chest, i was still able to fit into my usual size 6, and i have a larger bust. Didn't have any other issue with the fit anywhere else. 

I got this dress for work and it was Perfect! I got so many compliments :) It's a very soft silk and a simple, but beautiful pattern. It fit great (true to size) and was a nice length with an appropriate amount of cleavage exposure. Will definitely rent again. 

Loved this dress. As you can see I wore it over a turtleneck navy sweater in early January. Got tons of compliments on the styling and felt beautiful! It is a bit lower cut than I had assumed- hence the turtleneck. 

Cute dress, can wear with flats, sneakers, or heels for different looks. The only thing I didn't love is that the sleeves are a bit puffy in the shoulders especially, which I didn't notice in the pictures. 

Unfortunately too much static to be comfortable! 

Soft material, a bit short but very wearable. 

Size up for sure, as this dress runs tight, particularly in the chest area. It's also a wee bit short for this 40-something. The dress had bright spots, like the detail on the sleeves, but the waist was so strange. I can't tell if that's an odd gather or an error in the sewing. Also, the dress had so much static cling even without tights. I just gave up and sent it back. 

The fabric and fit made this feel like wearing a night gown, in a good way. V-neck a bit too low for work and cut a little boxy so not that flattering. Won't wear again. 

Flowy enough to not feel tight, cut well that it gives nice shape to curves. Wore it to work and socially, would def rent again. 

Perfect A-line! Fit my frame and was very comfortable. The neckline was deep, so I wore a bandeau for modesty. I will rent It again.

I rented this to wear to work, but it was a bit low cut and short for my 5'11' frame. The pattern and sleeve style were adorable, but was a bit too "sexy" for the office.

I wore this dress for a daytime date that turned into an evening date, and it was the perfect transition piece. It was super comfortable, a cute style, and lightweight fabric. My date loved it, too! I paired it with wedges, but it also would have been cute with booties for a more "fall" look or sandals in the summer. It also looked cute with my denim jacket! It was comfortable to wear all day, the length showed off my legs without being too short, and the neckline wasn't too lowcut. I've had really good luck renting Tanya Taylor on RTR and this added to my positive experience with that brand on this site.

Was not properly cleaned (maybe not cleaned at all). There were deodorant stains and it smelled like BO. Did I still wear it? You bet I did -- I couldn't resist. Hoping for better next time, will definitely rent again and may buy.

Cute dress for work. At first, I was apprehensive about the sleeves, but the details are subtle enough. Fit nice through the bust, tight enough but not strangling (and I have a very large bust). This was also a nice length for me since I am 5-2, I feel like it would be fairly short on someone taller. It felt comfortable yet polished, I love the material, light but substantial.

I love this dress and rent it at least once a month. It is lovely fits well and can be worn to an array of places. It is a nice dress and fully lined. (There is no give fyi)

I really enjoy it and the company makes items very friendly to women with large busts. 

In the warmer months I wear just the dress and in the colder months I layer it with items underneath. 

Fits true to size. Swishy, love love love the sleeves and shoulders.  

I had read that this dress was too low cut for some, I did not have any issues. I was able to wear it to a client dinner and it did not at all feel revealing. 

It's going to really kill me to send this back. It is so cute! Definitely a little low cut in the chest bit fun for Spring!

A little low cut, but can wear tank or sweater if need to hide cleavage for work.  

Runs small, tried on a bunch of sizes and sized way up to get a looser, longer and relaxed fit that I was looking for. Wore it with a sweater, tights and boots.

This was was so beautiful and fit perfectly. I wore it to work and it was comfortable all day.

I sized up after reading reviews as I'm a 36DD. The top was still snug but the rest was too large. Front was too low cut to hide my bra. I think this is a beautiful dress non the less. Best for someone with a pear shape though. 

I’m busty so this was slightly too cleavage revealing for a 50+ yo woman at work (even tho my husband said it was fine). Wore with a nipped-waist navy jacket. Nice change from a business suit.  Would be great for a daytime brunch or shower. 

Pretty dress, fit nicely.  A little low cut for work, had to wear a cami underneath.  

Really cute and appropriate for a work dinner. I typically wear a size 6 but sized up to a 10 due to some of the previous reviews. It fit comfortably though perhaps a tad too loose... so I think I would've been fine to have just gone up 1 size larger to an 8. Also some of the reviews mentioned the the neckline was too low but I can't say I agree... at least on me the Vneck was just low enough to be flattering but still offered enough coverage.  I would rent this one again. 

The material is fabulous and it lays perfectly.  

Loved the feel of the material. And I liked the fit of the dress. Had to size down to a 0 though (I'm normally a 4 or sometimes a 2). The 4 was way too big. And it is pretty low cut. I kept having to adjust it to keep it work appropriate.

Nice dress, lots of compliments but felt a little exposed in the chest area.  A little too low cut for me to wear at work.  

I tried this on in the RTR store in a 6 and it was -- no surprise -- too tight in the chest.  So I ordered an 8 to rent, but it is also too snug.  I love this dress, so will go up to a 10 and really hope it fits.  The dress otherwise hangs beautifully and the silk is very good quality.  Keeping my fingers crossed.  I'd wanted to wear it tonight to a party, but will wear it to work if the 10 works.

To be fair I'm 5'10" but this dress was FAR too short.  Also was small in the bust for me. 

I initially liked this dress but the longer I wore it getting ready for work the less I liked it. The volume of the sleeves became bothersome, and the lines of the dress shifted as I moved (floral layer on top of solid second layer) and because unflattering.
