Sala Midi Dress

The first thing I noted was that the dress is quality and has a little weight. Both plusses. I tried the 4R and the 6R and went with the 4R. It fit perfectly, except for not much wiggle room for walking. This definitely didn't bother me, though. I had no issues with the shoulder design and did not have to adjust it at all as it stayed up perfectly. This dress is very classy in a subtly quiet way but makes a statement.

Was surprised to not fit into the size 8 but aside from that, great dress! A bit tight around the legs- walk slowly!

OMG this dress fit like it was made bespoke for me! Rented for a formal affair and loved it so much, I had to buy it! Compliments all evening, the mermaid silhouette made my waist look SNATCHED!

I wore this gown to a black tie wedding. I am 57 years old, and this dress made me feel like a Bond girl! The UK 8 made me feel as if I’d been wrapped in a bandage, so I went with the 10. It hugged my curves but still felt comfortable. I received many compliments on it. Definitely invest in nice shapewear to go underneath!

I wore this dress to a wedding and received so many compliments. It fit me like a glove! Im normally a size 4 and the 8R fit perfectly. it very fitted especially throughout the hips - so walking is slightly restricted-but the material is so luxurious and comfortable that it’s not really an issue. I would definitely wear this dress again!

This dress is form fitting and a total Jessica Rabbit dress! The fabric is heavy so it’s more suitable for the cooler weather. The color is deep and definitely a quality piece.

Was more floor length than midi on 5'3" me, but was a beautiful, heavyweight fabric that I wore to a formal fundraising gala for my work. This dress was flattering and feminine while also being elegant enough for a professional event.

This dress is extremely form-fitting. Great thick material that was nice at a fall wedding.

I wore this dress to an outdoor October wedding on the water. It was incredibly comfortable and easy to dance in. It’s a thicker fabric so also was the perfect warmth for a cool fall day. Loved this dress, lots of compliments, no bra required 😉

Runs small but does stretch

Loved this dress! Very flattering and comfortable, though walking was a challenge. It's very petite friendly, the length just became full floor length on me. I'm 5'1 and 128lbs, 32E bust. I rented the 10(6) and 8(4) and the 10 fit best, so I would say it runs a bit small.

I am 5'2"/115 lbs and size 6R was just right. It was a perfect floor length. I would rent it again!

I loved this dress! I felt really confident. The bottom part of the dress makes it hard to walk. Also, be mindful of your underwear selection the dress is tight against the body when you pull it down after going to the restroom.

Wore this to a bat mitzvah in November and it was perfect for the occasion. The 10R fit perfectly and the dress was super flattering and comfortable. I received a ton of compliments. Definitely recommend!

This was my first time using RTR after trying on several too thin dresses that came in from Amazon. This is exactly what I was looking for. Thick material. Hugged my body but supportive. Didn’t creep in any weird places. I got sooooo many compliments. Absolutely loved it. I am somewhere between a 4-6 and the 10 fir perfectly. The 8 was too tight on me.

This dress was so easy to wear, fit perfectly and very flattering, so simple yet elegant! I will definitely rent again. Rent this one for sure!

Material has stretch to it. Dress is long but perfect with heals. I’m 5’3 and 170lbs.

6R may have been a bit better but 8R worked. Difficult to go up and down stairs in this dress

Got so many compliments on this dress!! I did however have to size up in dress size because it is pretty snug.

The 8 fit, but was like wearing built in spanx and was just a bit too snug for my comfort level so I went with the 10. I wore my own spanx which smoothed everything out. I wore a bra with a single strap which was nice for a winter wedding in Michigan! A bit snug in the knees though I didn’t have a problem walking or sitting, only stepping into the large SUB we were driving. Definitely rent!

Absolutely loved this dress for a winter wedding. The fabric was form fitting and very warm. Was a little difficult walking, but eventually got used to the mermaid style. I wore pasties, no bra. Overall a classy and comfortable pick that received many compliments!

Favorite dress I’ve ever ordered from RTR!! It’s a gorgeous plum color and super stretchy. Was on the dance floor all night and was able to move around ok. Zero complaints about this one!!! The size I ordered was perfect.

I felt like a million bucks wearing the dress, got so many compliments! This is a UK designer so the sizing is different. I wore a 14R (I range from a 6-10 with US sizing depending on the brand and style of the dress). This felt a tad bit long/big for my arm, but since I have a fuller bust and a bit of a lower belly, I chose to size up to 14R. The dress other than my arm fit well. The material is thick and well-made, perfect for a fall wedding. (I think it would be too hot for a summer outdoor wedding). I chose to wear Spanx for comfort, but you could wear this without Spanx if you wanted as the material is thick and gives you a nice shape. Even though the dress was fitting, it was very easy to move in, did a whole dance routine in the dress! I also wore a bra with 1 strap, since I sized up, there was a slight gap in the chest area, so I felt the need for a bra to fill it (12R would've been too tight for my comfort). Overall would love to rent again and will be looking out for more clothes from this designer !!

Such a fun and comfy dress!! I wore this for a black tie gala for work and was comfortable wearing it all night.

I really loved this dress. Fit me like a glove and was comfortable and just the right length. Definitely not for somebody that’s not comfortable with a formfitting dress. Smoothed out the lumps believe it or not. Would definitely recommend Spanx and a strapless bra.

It fit perfect and was great for the wedding

I normally wear a size 4 but based on other reviews I rented 8R and 10R. 8R was a little tight so I wore the 10R. The dress is very flattering and comfortable. The material is excellent quality… thick and stretchy so it was great for a winter wedding (black tie). It’s somewhat tight/small around the legs when you walk so you have to take shorter steps.

I normally wear a 4 and was worried because only a size 6 was available. The 6 was perfect. While I probably could have squeezed into a 4, the 6 was comfortable and fitted.

Wore this to a cold weather wedding, and felt like Selena! Hugs all the right bits and accentuates curves nicely. One of my arms was a little cold and walking up stairs wasn’t the easiest, but it was worth it! I did enjoy changing into comfy clothes for the later parts of the reception, but loved the glam vibes during the wedding.
