What I LOVE about this dress: has pockets (I'm a sucker for a dress with pockets), fitted top portion is a thicker sweater material and is fitted, extremely comfortable, can be worn with tights and botties or with just a cute sandal or dressy sneaker, effortless and flattering. I wore a small but an extra-small would've fit perfect.

Would definitely rent again.

Loved this put together look for work. Bottom was super comfortable but didn't flow out too much.

I wore this dress for work on a chilly day by California standards, so maybe not so chilly to some, but still I thought I may be cold, but the thick material of the top and pairing it with tights did the trick.  The dress holds its shape very well, and I love that I can wear it with casual sandals or sneakers and it's will still look cute! Loved it! 

The fit was great. I am busty and the top has a lot of stretch. 

I rented this for work, and immediately wanted to buy it. It is super cute, great material, and I will definitely rent again. 

If you are petite (5ft 2, 100lbs) this will fit perfectly. So flattering, so comfortable, and just amazing. Wish I could afford to buy it. I wore it 3 times before I reluctantly returned it. The photos don't do it justice. The top is a nice thick stretchy material and the bottom is a comfortable, light material!  

Sized up just to be careful for my growing belly, but the sweater is such a thick comfy knit that the top was still nice and fitted. I probably could have gone a size down but this ended up being perfectly comfortable. Lots of compliments on such a simple and easy to wear dress. 

I'm long waisted so I would have preferred the top to run longer but this will be flattering to most. Very cute but runs a size small. 

The dress is breathable in the top and bottom. There's plenty of stretch in the fitted top. The skirt will show your backside curves as much as any sundress. I wore a blazer that I already had with matching stripes sleeves which made this outfit a fashionista favorite for me. The length was professional and skirt moved in a flirty way. I enjoyed knowing my outfit looked so well thought out on this day especially because photos were being taken at a lunch event. 

I liked this a lot more than I expected to - the top part is a thick, stretchy fabric that was a little form fitting, but flattering. I wore it to work, but would have been able to make it more casual too. Overall, a pleasant surprise! 

I really liked this dress! It's comfortable and a nice weight. It does run large - I'm a 6 normally, and the medium was a little loose fitting. I dressed this down with a cropped cardigan and ankle boots for a casual Friday, but it could easily be dressed up. 

Comfy for work. Length worked on my tall frame with tights, would be a tad too short otherwise. Threw a sweater on it for that librarian chic look. Bonus: It has POCKETS.

The pockets make it! Cute concept. The top is a tightly-woven sweater material and fitted - wasn't as casual or stylish as it looks on the model, but still cute. Very comfy and easy to wear. If you're between sizes, go up. 

I love how the dress fit. Unfortunately, I was unable to wear the dress when it arrived. I did size down as suggested and the fit and length are perfect. I have reordered the dress and hope to wear it soon.

This is the perfect work dress and it was so comfortable. I got so many compliments. The top is stretchy so it fits most sizes! I will definitely rent again. 

I really liked this. The material was very breathable and comfy. I was worried the shirt material would be flimsy and look wrinkled, but it was surprisingly firm. I often wore this to work. 

This dress fit perfectly. The pockets were great and didn't make the dress too bulky. I almost kept this and would definitely rent again.

This dress is great for work. I wore it will pink flats and again with nude heels. Black booties or heels would also be cute. It's thick and stretchy in the top and has a little flow to make the bottom forgiving around the stomach. I'll be renting this again. 

This dress was perfect for a Friday workday followed by drinks.  I styled it with black tights and flats, but definitely could be dressed up with heels.  It was SO comfortable and the way the fit flares was very flattering.  The top part is stretchy which is good for us busty ladies, and the cut hid any Friday stomach-poof.

This dress was so cute. I got compliments all day. Almost bought it. 

Super cute. I underestimated this dress -- it's cuter in person and hugs in all the right places. 

I'm on the taller side and big chested, so I appreciated that the top half of this dress didn't fit like an empire and instead hit at my natural waist as advertised. Wore several times with tights and boots -- perfect for church, a baby shower and work.

Perfect for work. Tight sweater on top is very flattering. Perfect length & style for work with tights. 

Comfortable and cute!  I thought I'd only wear this on the weekends but it works well for a casual Friday outfit as well!  It's fitted on top (I'm a 34C) and a little billowy on the bottom (but not in a bad way).

I love this dress so much. The fabric is extraordinary! It's stretchy on top and fits so perfectly almost as if it was tailored for me. The length is perfect which means a lot seeing that I'm 5'10" and dresses are usually shirts on me . 

Dress was super cute, and was pretty flattering on my 18 week baby bump.  If you are large chested at all I would size up.  I am fairly average and it was tighter on the top.

I don't often think dresses with the loose dress-shirt look are the most flattering and I got this for comfort more than looks (it's been hot in new york) 

That said it turned out quite flattering with the waist cutting off at the perfect point. As a larger busted female these RTR dresses sometimes give me trouble, but the fabric was just stretchy enough to fit right, hold things in place and the fabric was a really good quality. 

Top is fitted and a nice thicker material. Cute fabric for the skirt area. Overall I would Rent again. Got many compliments from my friends! Great day to night dress.
