I got this dress from the store on the day of my event ( they didn’t have many choices in my size). I normally wear size 10 but the store didn’t have it but 12 was good, a little loose. At first I wasn’t sure about this dress, not what I will normally rent ( I like to hide my arms) but I was running out of time and choices. By the end of the evening I loved this dress. I got many compliments and felt very pretty in it. 


Wore this dress for afternoon tea on our trip to London. I loved this dress very pretty and flattering and comfortable 

Loved this dress ~ wore it to work and then out to dinner for a special occasion.  Comfortable and fun with the ruffles and the beautiful tie at the neck!

Really pretty dress and comfortable. I usually wear a 6/8 but like a 10 for length on dresses for work. The 10 was long enough for work but super loose in the waist. I still got a lot of compliments. The colors and fabric were great

Dress fit perfectly, and I got a lot of compliments.  I felt like the fabric was a little odd... kind of shiny or something?  But overall it was comfy, great length, and cute.  I just wouldn't give it 5 stars, but for a cute summer work dress, I'll rent again. 

I'm mixed on this dress. It's cute with the ruffles, but felt a bit young for this 40-something. The skirt is adorable, but also not the most flattering for someone with some curves. It's the fabric that really isn't my favorite. It felt like pajama material, and was a bit much for the office.

The dress runs small. I usually wear a size 12. I'm glad only the 14 was available, as it ended up fitting like a 12. The dress is borderline too short for work. 

The combination of color, fluffy layers and silhouette made this dress feel older/matronly to me. Also the fabric was odd and had a shine to it. Not my favorite. 

Had some many compliments on the dress.  Everyone wanted to borrow it.  Must enjoy some frills to want to wear this dress!

Fits quite snugly around the bust if you're generously endowed there. May also be slightly too short for work.

Fit: perfect fit, absolutely no complaints! (plus the neck tie lets you adjust how lowcut you want the dress to be)
Fabric: pretty sure the dress was polyester, but it was somehow very breathable on a hot summer's day
Style: very cute, would rent again!

Great length, appropriate for work!  I can do a 0 or 2, I went with a 0 and it fit great. Very flirty and flattering!

Comfortable for hot summer weather, for several compliments! 

This has been my favorite RTR dress yet ... it's on the shorter side of you are tall but not too short.

Very comfortable but elegant at the same time. I didn't expect this type of fabric, but it is very light and comfortable to wear. 

This dress was the perfect work dress.  Super comfortable, and it is very thin/airy for summer!  I loved the tie at the neck, and I got so many compliments all day!  It was a little loose in the waist, but it was comfortable, and the ruffles disguised the looseness.

This was such a beautiful dress! Had gotten so many compliments on! I'm usually somewhere between a 2 and 4 dress size. I got the 4 and it was amazing to wear to work. Had lots of breathing room and was super comfortable! 

This dress is very cute but I felt like it was on the verge of flying up whenever there was a strong wind. The material also shows if you sweat so I don't recommend wearing it on a particularly hot or windy day!

The brand Slate & Willow runs small for me, but this dress was "true to size" for the brand. Even though there was no lining, I wasn't worried about the dress being see-through. The fit is fun and comfortable and I will definitely be renting this again

The dress is adorable, however, its not very flattering on my hourglass figure.  I thought the tiered look would flatter my growing baby bump but I was wrong :(  Bummed it didnt work out


Really cute summer dress! Ended up not wearing it because weather got colder than expected and the material was too thin to wear on a cold spring day in ny. Would rent again for a summer event!

I love the colors and the fabric is perfect for Spring time. It just made my look really boxy and hit me in all the wrong places.

Fit is true to size. the neck looks a bit better in the picture than it does in person. Otherwise it is very lightweight, breezy, and loose fitting without being unflattering. 

Sweet little summer dress, but not for tall girls. 

Not that flattering on. The material was very shiny.

The color and print were nice but going with the reviews I ordered a size up and it was big. The zipper in the back didn't remain flat and the tie at the neck is so awkward and unflattering.

Too much fabric bunched in the back.  If I had a longer torso, it probably would have worked out great.

Super cute pattern! I am 5'5 and I felt like the waist was not sitting where it was supposed to so it made the ruffles look a little weird! I definitely have more of an apple shape so if you had narrower hips I think it would lay better! 

The dress fit, but was the complete wrong shape for my body style. I looked like a cupcake. It was so unflattering. It would be great for someone with a straight body shape, but if you have a slimmer waist than hips and bust it doesn't work well at all.

Was hoping this would be good for a daytime bday party but the skirt was too short for me and the neck ties top hung weird too. A snug too tight too.

Ran very small. I couldn't even get this over my hips. There was also something that ties around the neck that I had not noticed in pictures that seemed a little strange

if you are at all short in the waist, don't bother. It bunched up on my back making it look terrible.
