This dress fit on the large side and is pretty stretchy. I was surprised since usually I have to size wayyyyy up in this brand. I usually wear an 8, but like to get a 10 for comfort and appropriateness. Could have easily worn the 6 in this. 

Easy work staple. Thick material so wouldn't recommend in the summer. 

Needed a simple black dress for a promotional interview at work.  This was perfect! Conservative yet adorable.  Wish I could buy it!  Fits true to size and so comfortable, it has pockets!

Classy and cute. I'm going to try to rent it in a 4 before committing to buying it, as I feel this dress runs a bit big. My sister said I looked like a preppy Wednesday Adams, which I love!

I got a total Wednesday Adams vibe in this dress! But with the little preppy edge with the stripped collar and cuffs. Thick material perfect for fall. Great length for work. I loved this dress. Loved the pockets. Will rent again for work for sure!

This dress kind of reminds me of Wednesday Adams with a touch of RBG. I loved it! Perfect for work with the riding boots or even with some skinny black pumps. 

Really loved the look of this dress. Though it was slightly too large in the waist. I think the 4 would have fit better and flattered my figure more. 

I absolutely loved this dress! So comfortable, made of soft, stretchy material. It was very cute AND had pockets! Only downside is that it was a little baggy around the middle. If you're in between sizes, definitely go a size down. I got a 6 but may order this one again sometime in a 4.

I had ordered two dresses for an event and I ended up not wearing this one, so my girlfriend wore it and loved it! She loved the material and the pockets. We joked that she looked like a smokin flight attendant 

This was a great dress for work. Paired with tights and booties since it's cold here now. I'd buy this dress if the zipper wasn't sticky... it has front pockets which are amazing!

comfortable and flattering; with tights and boots to work was perfect.  nice pockets.  Does require a slip as the jersey material can be clingy.

Lots of compliments. Great for winter work in NYC. 

So comfy and the pockets are deep, more than enough space for phone and small wallet if you're running out

Love this dress! It has pockets which is awesome and it's incredibly comfortable. Feels like you're wearing pajamas. It runs big. I'm usually between a 8-10 depending on designer now and should have gotten the 6.

I agree with other reviewers that this dress runs a little large but it didn't make it unflattering. It's got great pockets and is comfortable but still professional. My only issue was the neck was HUGE!

An easy to wear dress!  Good quality and thickness and could wear normal undergarments with it.  The stripe detail made it look nautical.  Had lots of compliments on it!

I just loved this dress. Comfortable yet tailored to give a waist, nice thick material, cute touches on neck and wrists.

I loved this dress so much I bought it! It's so comfy and the striped detail at the wrists and collar is just the right touch! I know I will get a ton of wear out of this! Fits great, and it has pockets! 

I hated to return this! The collar/sleeve detail make it a little different from my everyday black dress options. I was nervous the pockets were too big & would stick out, but they were fine. 
I usually wear a 10/M, but surprisingly, the 8 fit best. I wore this with black tights & booties to a bachelorette party and felt great all night long- no tugging or adjusting anything.

Very comfortable dress, work appropriate and good for afterwork drinks. Runs a little big, I typically hover between a 10-12 and the 10 I rented was a little big in the shoulder and arm area. Would have bought it if it weren't for the arms. Great rental. 

Loved this dress. fit like a glove and I loved the pockets! The oxford detailing is a nice touch to an otherwise staple dress. 

I love this dress.  A lot of times Slate and Willow can run quite small but this was TTS, even a little big.  

I loved this dress! I got it as an experiment and didn't expect to like it... reminded me of the Adams family. I was wrong I loved it and wore it a lot to dinner and work! I am short (5'3) so I don't normally experiment with collard dresses (only shirts) but it wasn't really a collar - get it you won't regret

Fit true to size. The sleeves in the 8 were a little baggier, but I wore the 8 since it felt a little longer for a work event. 

Stepped up work dress that is practical, well-designed and just adorable. Felt like I was nailing it without trying too hard. 

This is a comfortable, preppy gem. Roomy fit with pockets, above the knee, shirt and sleeves poking out are darling. I wore it a few days and then just bought it. It is definitely true to size and work appropriate. I am an attorney so work appropriate for me tend to be wearable for the courtroom. Pleased with this rental than I now own! XO!

Loved this one. Simple and can be worn so many ways to work..or wherever really. Comfy stretchy material. But not be form fitted.
