It might be too short for work for tall women, but hit just above the knee for me

Gorgeous color, easy to wear/very forgiving style, has pockets!! Wore with nude legs and strapped heels for event but also paired with tights/flats/sweater for work. 

Easy to wear but not amazingly flattering. The arm holes are large and the pockets make the middle pull in a little weird. However, the color was cute and the bow was a nice touch. I liked it fine but wouldn't likely rent again.

Conservative and cute. Tons of compliments! Pair it with a heel and you can easily transition it from work to a date night out.

I wore this dress several times with different accessories and shoes. Perfect fit, pockets, and so many compliments.

Love this dress.  Great for fall/winter with boots and tights.  It has some stretch and nice, heavier fabric. Very comfortable!!  Color is lovely and the neck tie is pretty. 

This is a great work dress. The color is beautiful, the shape is structured but not body conscious and it even has pockets. 

Loved the color which is a jeweled toned purple.   It has pockets!  Could have gone a size smaller. 

The dress is very pretty, the fabric is high quality, and the color is perfect for fall. It didn't fit well on me: I felt like the neck was choking me - especially when I was sitting; the pockets opened (I sized up AND used double stick tape to keep them closed to no avail). I forced myself to wear it because I had it for a month, and although I felt uncomfortable in it, I did get compliments on the dress and color. I thought it would me more A-line but it is a straight-cut so it's not conducive to my hips. 

The hem was undone. 
But seemed like a cute dress! 

What a cute dress! Gorgeous color and very flattering cut. I received many compliments when wearing this dress. 

I did wear a belly band underneath due to postpartum tummy. I definitely would have rented again, however shortly after wearing it and my return to work, COVID hit and we were all remote. 

Neck is tight. Sizing is small overall. Shorter than I would have liked too. But, pockets.

Fit was great. Loved the color. The tie on top was kind of awkward but my real issue with the dress was how conservative it was!!! I'm in my thirties but I felt like it make me look older and not very stylish!

This is easily my favorite RTR so far. The fit is perfect: chic, sexy, and sophisticated. I love the color, the cut. Everything. I'm actually considering buying this dress. 

I could have worn the 0 as the 2 was a good ad big. Hit at the top of my knee.  Many compliments.

Great dress for work travel ... doesn't wrinkle if you keep it in the plastic and looks very sharp & professional. this is the 2nd time I've rented it and will again.

This is the second time I have rented this dress. (The last ting was in a different color.) RTR's signature brand in on par with other featured brands, both in quality and style. 

Love it - I'm short so it was a work-appropriate length, but if you're taller you may want tights.  The bow kept coming untied but nothing a safety pin can't fix!

I'm 5'4" and the skirt was a cute length for the office. I think if I were any taller, it would have been too short. 

Loved how this fit, not form fitting, and it was pockets! You will need to wear a strapless bra. 

Runs pretty true to size unless you have a big chest. I'd size up if your breasts are large. 
Great fit though and very flattering. I got a lot of compliments on how unique the neck tie was

lovely deep purple color.  doesn't look like a bag (as some dresses in this style do) - very flattering.  Easy to wear from office then to a cocktail party - change from simple to flashy earrings and higher heels and all set.  

I wore this to work and had lots of compliments. Nice shift dress that was super comfortable to wear. I wore this during the day and planned on changing into something else for the holiday party that evening, however, I didn't have enough time to go home to change but this shift dress was classy enough to pass for a holiday party!!

I loved the classic cut the only problem is that the hem was not sewn so I had to sew it impromptu, otherwise it's perfect

Was a little tight across chest but otherwise fit fine.
