Very light and flattering summer dress that is perfect for work....and super easy to pack in a suitcase without it wrinkling.  I think I'm going to end up buying this one!

I think I would have preferred the 12 but the 10 works. The sleeves are kind of tight and I definitely can't zip (or unzip) it on my own. I wore it all day at work and it didn't wrinkle in the car or at my desk. That a huge plus for me. The material is a little thin, but it's nicely made. I'm going to hang to this one for a few wears and might even buy it!

I'm a RTR unlimited subscriber so my co-workers are used to seeing me in new dresses. But this one got so many complements! It's a very light material but still good quality (great for summer). It fit well and was professional but flirty at the same time. Definitely renting this one again.

Great work for length, paired with tights and black cardigan. Slightly tight up top for full busts, but overall fits TTS. Very accommodating for 18w bump!  Loved it!

I loved the silky material and the way it draped, very flattering. Paired with this RTR red coat and was really happy with the look!

Very nice dress that was a perfect fit and very flattering.  I am a size 8/10 and 10 felt totally true to size.  It's made of a light fabric perfect for summer.  I was so excited to find this dress!  

Loved the ease of this dress.  You can just throw it on and go.  Classic pattern and shape, very comfortable.  Can wear straight through the winter with tights and a sweater on top!  

Love the fit. I read that this dress was cut small so I sized up two sizes and it was loose and gave me the retro look I was looking for. 

Very cute and light! The dress wasn't tight on me, and pretty loose around the waist. It was perfect with some black boots for fall. It was not a thick material so wouldn't be ideal for a cold day, so I'm glad Chicago weather was on my side!

Fit is amazing. My only suggestion is that if you are especially busty like myself, you may want to size up. I love this dress so much, but I can't exactly lift my arms up all the way while wearing it. I will rent again in a larger size. 

I wore this to work.  It was easy to zip right up. Made me feel thin because of the cut. I wore it with tights and booties. But it is thin material so not great for winter.  

Fits really well. Just long enough. Comes until above knees if you're tall which I don't always love for work but this was fine. The dress isn't too tight which is nice. I would def rent again. 

Perfect for work. Hugs and hangs in the right places.  Complements from stranger in elevator on the way to work :-) would consider buying. 

Loved the material and the fit of this dress. Good for everyday/work, but it was nothing super-special.

I would best describe this dress as "cute". Material is a little thin but cut and fit are great and I ended up throwing a black blazer over it to make it look a little more office appropriate for LA in November. 

Classy and cute. I think this runs big in the waist, but true to size in the shoulders. I think I'll order a size down if I rent this again.

The fit of this dress is very flattering and it is good for the office. Not lined enough - need to wear a slip.

Incredibly cute but also incredibly comfortable! It's amazing to look very put together but feel like I'm wearing pajamas. I love this dress so much that I had to buy it!

It’s very fitted/tight in the shoulder/chest area, and bit too short for my taste, but the quality is very good

This dress is pretty thin so better for warmer weather and it wrinkles easily. That said it's pretty flattering and a really easy option to throw on at work and head out the door. Wouldn't recommend for winter weather.

This fit across my tummy better than the size 14s in the rest of my order.  Unfortunately, it was way too tight across my bust.

This black and white dress was great for work on a warm day. Material is thin so wouldn't recommend for winter. Very flattering. No pockets. 

This dress is perfect for the office. It's comfortable, flattering, and long enough with feminine ruffles up top. Overall, a very nice dress. 

Cute dress, paired with a cardigan, got tons of complements. True to size. Only con is that the sleeves were a little weird--I wasn't a fan of the where they attached to the body of the dress. 

Looks great, feels nice, and is a simple dress on the go. 

This was a great, lightweight dress for work. It's a pretty classic look that works well for a conservative office environment. It was  very comfortable, and I'd definitely wear it again!
