Everyone loved this dress! I would definitely rent again! 
This was my first dress renting from RTR. I went back and forth on what sizes I should order. Unfortunately only a 14 was available so I went with it. 
I am 6’ athletic build, I go to the gym often but defiantly don’t say no to tacos. So, the dress  was slightly snug. I would have liked to try a 16 just to compare. However the 14 worked just fine, that’s why I selected that the fit was “just right.”
I was able to wear a real bra, which is always a plus. And shape wear wasn’t necessary. 

The only fault in the dress was the shoulders. the strap was restricting, so I wasn’t able to put my arms over my head. 

I would definitely rent this dress again, I even considered buying it. Definitely looking forward to my next rental! 

I usually wear between a 4 and a 6. In reading the reviews I thought the 6 would be big enough, and while I could zip it, it was very tight and I couldn't lift my arms. Even with that larger size it was still a little hard to lift my arms fully, so there were some dance turns they were hard to do. Still loved it though! 

5’4, 130 lbs. larger hips - this dress fit perfectly in a 4 since it’s flowy at the hips! Wore for NYE dinner at home with friends (covid + small kids haha) & really liked it!

This was a fun dress and I got many compliments! I'm 5'3", 122 lbs. I could have worn the size 2, but i know if I had too much to eat, it would have been too snug. I ended up going with the size 4 and it was perfect! Great experience!!

Great fit, comes in right at the waist for a flattering look. Loved the side sleeve concept and the colors are a perfect combo. Material was perfect for the sunny day and cooler night. Perfect dress honestly, the gold underlay is such a nice touch and pop of contrast. Highly recommend.

Beautiful dress, fit like a glove. I usually have a hard time with fitting dresses because I’m smaller on top, but this fit beautifully!

I was afraid the length would be awkward for someone like me who's vertically challenged but it hit right above the knee and was perfect. I'm barely 5 feet tall. The fit in the chest and waist were also perfect. The fabric is thick and durable making the dress pretty forgiving. You can wear with a regular bra. The off the shoulder straps and gold trim at the bottom where the perfect amount of flare to jazz up this dress. Great choice for a conservative and cute look.

Dress is really flattering for all body types. I went through a lot of the reviews and one of the reasons I got this dress is because so many people looked great. I have to confirm that the dress looks great in person and in photos. As with other reviews make sure you order one or two sizes up. The fabric has no give and the arm sleeves are tight. 

This dress was perfect for the event I attended. I am 5'1" 190 36B and I wore a 14. It was perfectly fitted in the chest and waist, but just a tad large in the shoulders and a smidge longer on me than I would have liked. Overall, it was a great dress though.

The dress was a little snug around my ribs but other wise it was fantastic. It fit in the right places.


It was a perfect fit!  It was classy and stylish.  My daughter received lots of compliments. I cannot wait to order again for our next event! 

The dress was a hit and I received so many compliments. A little snug through the mid section so if you are between sizes I recommend going up. I consider myself athletic and I have broader shoulders. The cold shoulder was my favorite part of the dress but also reduced the mobility of my arms/shoulders since the fabric is woven. Overall I loved the dress and would wear again. 

This dress was beautiful! I was getting compliments all night. I had to have a size ten shipped to be overnight, that was painless and I think it's an amazing accommodation. 

This dress is incredibly flattering. I got tons of compliments all night. I wore it to a September wedding and then out to bars after the wedding. People were stopping me to tell me how much they loved the dress. Perfect for ladies with curves. 

At first try on this wasn't my favorite rental, but once I was in it and ready to go it was a fun dress and my moms favorite that she has seen me rent that I wore to a Date night/work event. 
A little loose, but that made it comfortable to wear. The skirt was very fun and I liked the shoulder detail, though wouldn't want to wear this for a night out dancing as lifting your arms is hard. 

I loved this dress, I feel like I usually hate how things like this look on me but I felt confident all night and was complimented often

Fit perfectly. Some reviewers said that the off the shoulder strap got in the way but it did not bug me at all. Fabric was thick so bra straps and lines were smoothed out. Great dress definitely recommend.

I felt so beautiful in this dress and I was getting compliments on it the whole night! This dress really flattered my figure, I felt like it was made for me. I LOVE to dance, and the arm-sleeves restrained my arms a little bit, but I wouldn't let that discourage you from getting the dress. 

So adorable! I loved it! I am a 34DD though and so I found the chest part snug.

Rented this for a sorority reunion party.  It was pretty tight on my bust and stomach and I had to wear spanx.  It was also way shorter than I'm used to but that's my problem.  It's very cute and matched my sorority colors tho so I had to rent it! 

The little antique gold accent in the bottom - and the cold shoulder detailing on top - make this navy party dress just the right amount of special... while also being conservative. I got so many compliments (from strangers!) that I'll definitely rent this one again!

Not my favorite rental.  Kind of felt like a tween party dress.  I have a long torso and am 5'7" so this was too short in the bodice and ended up flaring out higher than my waist.  The 0 fit better but was even shorter in the bodice and length so i went with the 2.  Comfortable and pretty easy to wear.  Not flattering on me but this would be great to hide a belly or bulges.  This is warm so it would make a great cold-weather dress.  Got compliments on it but for me, there was no "wow" factor.  Can wear a regular bra.  

Loved this dress for an early spring wedding... the pop of gold added just enough uniqueness while still feeling classy. Was a bit disappointed that the fabric has zero give and wouldn't allow me to lift my arms up much past shoulder height-restrictive on the dance floor! Would rent again but would consider sizing up for this reason. And yes, that is an alpaca wedding reception greeter! 

This dress fit me great in all the right places! Cute and flirty and hides my mom belly very well. Loved the material and the gold accent at the bottom was so pretty!! Since I got this in a size up and it fit so well I said it runs small, but I did not try my true size. 

Loved this dress. It was so flattering but also left room for my tummy to grow while eating dinner. :) It was so comfortable - I loved that I didn't need to worry about what kind of bra I was going to wear. I am pear shaped and this is not tight at all around the thighs, so it was super easy for me to wear. The only restriction I experienced was not being able to lift my arms up very high. 

Would definitely wear again/recommend!!!

I am very glad I had the backup size. I ordered an 8 and a 10 which I considered standard sizing for me but the 10 was all that fit and really not without a deep breath to get it zipped. I went with no bra because it wasn't necessary, plus I didn't have the room. I'm 5'7 (just about), 150 lbs, and double D cup. I should have read the reviews better in deciding which size is best for me. I read a lot that said the arms were constricting but I didn't have any troubles. I chose this color based on the wedding colors (navy, gold and burgundy). I loved the dress so much. I received a lot of compliments on it throughout the night. If I had it to do over I would most definitely pick it again.

I wore this dress for Valentines Day dinner, and it it was perfect. Super comfortable, flattering length and forgiving material. 

Beautiful color and metallic detail!!  I loved the fit and flare and how thick the fabric was.  This dress definitely runs very small so I would go one size up from your normal.   Works well for small busts.  Arms are tight and do not stretch. Alhough both the 8 and 10 fit, I felt like I could move more in the 10. 

I absolutely loved this dress! I originally ordered a size 0 and ended up wearing a size 2 just to have a little more space in my arms. Both fit very well and did exactly what I wanted for my figure. The fabric is a little "thicker"  therefor allowing for any imperfections to be hidden by the beauty of the dress. The wedding I attended was at a ranch, outside in the humidity and this allowed me to breathe and yet be comfortable in the temperature changes. It was the best I have felt in a dress in a long time!  Needless to say, LOTS of compliments!

Wore with gold earrings and nude shoes. Dress was great thicker material and underlay detail was a great accent. Fit well however the sleeves make you feel like a T-Rex. Dancing was hard but twirling looked great with the fuller skirt. Also do not recommend wearing a strapless bra- mine fell often through the night and it was difficult to adjust back into place with the dress on. 

I like this dress, it's very cute. Dressy without being too formal. It is a little restricting though due to the sleeves - couldn't lift my arms over my head. Just keep that in mind. 

This dress was beautiful. It ran slightly small but was very flattering. My only complaint was that due to the cut out, stiff, sleeve I was not able to lift my arms above my shoulders. It was manageable but I had a hard time dancing to shout! 

I wore this dress to a winter holiday party. It was adorable, flattering, had the perfect amount of flounce, and the gold was fun! I'm short and dresses tend to run a little big on me, but this one fit really well! I'd definitely recommend this one!

I am 5'9" so I was worried it would be too short but ended up being the perfect length! I wore this to a work Christmas party and got tons of compliments! I didnt have any trouble with the "cap sleeves" and was very comfortable. I typically wear a size 8 but it was a little tight around the rib cage so I definitely recommend getting the extra size up. 

Fit great! The navy blue is classic, but the gold makes it feel extra special. Loved it! Can't wait to rent more!!

I wore this to a wedding that was on the higher end of fancy that had a mixture of attires and felt great in it (and was told I looked great by lots of folks ;) ). I feel like this dress is one of those magical ones that at any event you wouldn't feel too dressed down or up. The shape was very flattering and most importantly, I could dance. 

Now to my bust warning- it's tight. I wear mostly size 6/medium dresses, but depending on the brand wear 8 sometimes and rarely ever a large (looking at you, Asian brands), and am an optimistic B cup. The 6 was a bust at the bust and I forwent a bra in the 8 to get a slight bit more room to breathe. It wasn't *un*comfortable, but I wanted to a least give a warning of consideration with those with larger chests.

I received tones of compliments from strangers throughout the party. I was still able to dance and didn't feel like the sleeves were too in the way like other reviews mentioned. Wore with blue tights and blue heels and gray silver clutch with simple gold earrings. FUN PARTY DRESS!
