I love this dress so much that I bought it from RTR! It is a perfect dress for work, formal affairs, or casual events! Fits perfectly, hugs in all the right places and the material and detail of this dress helps keep me comfortable and confident! 

Fit was right on. I liked this dress. Rented it for my birthday celebration! 

I actually tried on a 6 in the store and thought I'd wear that size, but I went ahead an ordered a size up and felt like the 8 fit better on my hips/waist area.  The back pooched out a bit and the arm holes were so big my strapless bra showed so I ended up safety pinning a little bit of the straps.  It fit perfectly after that.  I wouldn't say there's a large margin for error in sizing.  Very little stretch, but the dress will hold you in.  The best thing is the shape it gives you.  Also, it's more sparkly/shiny in person then in the picture. 

I wore 6 usually an 8 but it was very fitted. Still comfortable !

Fit great. No need for a bra. Perfect length, many compliments and very hip. 

Rented this for a holiday party for which it was beautiful. The few people that knew it was RTR all approved. 

The dress was well constructed...maybe a little too well. The fabric is not forgiving so I went with the 10 instead of my usual 8. The 8 probably would have fit better on top because the back/neck of the 10 gapped a bit. Perhaps if the black side panels had some stretch in them it would have fit more comfortably.  I'd give the dress a 7 out of 10 to wear. Anyway great first experience. I was nervous about it. 

Amazing tweed sheath from Slate and Willow! This dress runs true to size, we recommend going one size up for a backup choice. Although there is no stretch in the fabric, the dress is comfortable for any cup size with room in the bust. The midsection is fitted to show off your curves, but it is still comfortable. If you’re curvier, you may want to consider sizing up due to the fitted hip area to add extra comfort room for the hips. This great dress has exposed shoulders, so a strapless bra should be worn to hide bra straps for this look. At 39” from the shoulder to hemline, this dress hits right above the knee. If you are wearing high heels the dress may hit a little higher above the knee. This dress is stunning and perfect for a party, work event or even the holidays. It would look best with black heels and accessories. To dress this look up, the tweed dress would look best with silver bracelets and statement earrings. To dress the look down, wear a pair of stud earrings and a simple necklace! 

Did not wear a bra or even breast petals as it was not needed. Wore it with a short black jacket, rented this for my sons 10th birthday at a cooking school, so it was great.
