Great summer dress. Very comfortable.  True to size.

This dress is spot-on! The collar is interesting and different and the cut gave me a subtle hour glass while still being very work appropriate.  Other reviewers commented that this dress looked cheap, but I didn't think so at all (although I took this picture at the end of the day and it did look much better when it was freshly ironed). I paired it with a navy blazer. 

This is a bit sexy for work, so dress it down with a jacket. Great for evening. Very comfortable to wear, minimal jewelry needed because of the design detail

Got this dress for work. Wasn't sure what size I should get and this fits well. It is very flattering as well 

I love a great desk to dinner dress that is both professional and sexy, that doesn't show cleavage or thigh but hugs and flatters your curves, so I was excited about the style and color of this dress. Unfortunately, I found the cut to be a bit too loose and the fabric didn't have much stretch. Perhaps sizing down would have helped. I wore a jacket over to give it more structure, but I took it off for the picture. 

I also think the material felt slightly cheap (though perhaps appropriate given how RTR is estimating the retail price).  Guess it's tough to guess with Slate & Willow what the quality will be. Perhaps next time I'll put more weight in how it's priced...


Very comfortable and a classy and trendy dress for work. Looks great with heels or fashionable sneakers. Easily pairs with a blazer. I took this on a trip where I wore this at least 5 times to different meetings. 

The dress is very cute on, but the slit in the back came up to just below my bum so I couldn't wear it. 

need to look at renting it again and try it

I wore this for a conference with a black blazer and booties. It was comfortable, fit well, and looked great! I'm tall so it was a bit shorter than the image on RTR, but that's normal for me so I anticipated it. 

This dress fit well and was very comfortable given the nature of the material. I thought it was great.

Great dress. Fit great and looked fabulous for meetings. 

The fabric is soft and overall the size is accurate, but the dress is cut to be more fitted. That being said, it pairs great with a blazer!

I'm 5'9ish closer to 5'10 and the dress was a little short for work but I wore it anyway. Very comfortable! 

I love the color and the fit. Wore for a work party. Loved it. 

Great dress. I usually size up for these dresses but I didn't have to- next time I'll rent a truer size. Great neutral color too!

A very forgiving dress. I am between 2/4 and XS felt better than Small. Fabric has a bit of stretch and the waistline is fitted so I love it.

Was tight along the back and bunched in the middle. Was not a bad fit everywhere else. I chose this and a second one and went with the Blue shift by Black Halo.

The slit in the back exposed booty on my extra tall self, so it was way too short to wear in public. The knee length that you see in the model photo is not what you should expect. It's a mini with a slit in the back. Fit fine otherwise though.

Not terrible but not my favorite.  Material bunches in the stomach and is unflattering.  Maybe a smaller size would have been better.

The dress looks sleek in pictures. Though, runs slightly smaller and a fabric feels and looks cheap. It was a miss

The material feels a bit cheap and the garment is poorly made. Wasn't as tailored as it looked in the picture. I didn't care for the odd neckline. 

The rouching made it look off center but it was weirdly shapeless.

It runs very large and the material is very cheap looking. I wore it to work but it was ugly lol.
