I wore this for work. It was extremely comfortable! Loved it so much I went ahead and bought it. Highly recommend. The material is very forgiving. 

The dress fit me perfectly which was awesome because it was actually my backup dress. I had to wear a strapless bra because of the wide neck which kind of sucked but that’s my only complaint. 

Fit to a tee!! Absolutely in love with this dress and will probably buy it! Very flattering for an hourglass shape.

Absolutely loved this dress. I'm blonde with blue eyes and fair skin, and the color really stood out and made my skin glow and my hair pop.

The photo makes the dress look like it doesn't fit, but i was just posing at a weird angle to take the photo haha. It fits in all the right places, and the neckline is so feminine and beautiful. The dress goes just over the knees, which makes your legs look really nice. I'm 5'8" and normally wear a 2 in dresses, and I thought the size Small was a nice fit.

This dress worked great to wear to work meetings all day and then to transition to an evening company holiday party!the dark green color was great for the holidays while still being muted for work. The neck makes it stand out and I got many compliments. Similar to other reviewers it does run slimmer in the hips and the bottom isn’t lined so I wore control top pantyhose and it 150looked great! I ordered the medium and large 1and ended up wearing the medium. Given the price it was a great value!

Rented this a couple times for work. Simple and elegant, but the material is very thin. Couldn't figure out what to do with the waist area, though. Wasn't sure if it was supposed to lay flat or bunch up a little a create a flouncy look. The color, however, was deep and rich, and the neckline stunning. 

Beautiful. Fit like an extremely comfortable glove. The hue was a stunning deep bluish-green. The neckline was stately and elegant. It’s an appropriate dress for both work and more formal affairs. 

I love that it covers my swimmers arms but also isn't too tight. The fabric is very comfortable and stretchy. I loved it so much I bought it! Thank you RTR! 

Fits beautifully but dress is unlined. I received multiple compliments on this dress, including from a complete stranger. Cut is lovely. Fabric is stretchy, but because it's unlined, it will show any bumps, etc. Color is beautiful.

This dress is true to size but has a little stretch to it. The forest green color is gorgeous. And I loved that the back dipped a little bit, but not so much that it was still work appropriate. I received so many compliments, not to mention my boyfriend's reaction

This dress was so lovely!  The color is closer to a dark teal.  I received so many complements.  Will definitely snag this dress again!  Quite form fitting and not lined, so if you're a spanx gal ( I'm not) get them ready.

I wore this to an after-work event that called for Business Attire and wore it to work the day of the event. I received many compliments and felt comfortable all day.  I wore control top panty hose b/c only the top of the dress is lined, but it looked great.  I also added a skinny belt for some interest. I would buy this dress.

It is pretty thin but it holds everything in.  But I would consider spanx if you aren't confident with a thinner material.  I loved the color, cut and length.

I have hips for days so didnt love this dress in the way it fell on me. I did wear a blazer over it because I love the way the front drapes nicely. If you're between sizes, go with the larger one 

I was somewhat skeptical given the reviews around the fit and lack of lining. However, it was a nice dress at the price point. Yes, it doesn't have lining but it's also not transparent!  I wore control pantyhose and it was fine. The color is perfect. 

Decent formal work dress, the neckline is nice but the rest is so-so 

Loved color and the cut except it was way too tight for work and definitely shows any flaws whatsoever around the middle. Sent it back without wearing it out anywhere. 

This dress is a beautiful color and the fabric has a nice stretch to it.  The length is also nice for tall girls like myself, especially for a work environment.  However, the dress was very tight and clingy in the hip/rear area.  So much so that I did not wear it to the work event for which I rented it.  I felt the tightness in that area was not appropriate for work.  Keep in mind that I am pretty tall and narrow without a lot of curves and it sill fit this way on me.

Pretty color and interesting neckline, but this cut me off on the lower half at such an awkward place (I'm 5'7"). Maybe it could work if you're taller, but if you're shorter, it would just be dowdy. Also, the fabric is thin and unlined and somehow made me look lumpy even though I'm not.

The dress just didn't feel like a high quality dress. I wasn't a fan of the fabric and fit. 

I was disappointed I didn't believe the reviews.  The front of this dress is ideal but the back is horrible.  You cannot wear a bra which is not ideal in my opinion for work.  I didn't even bother wearing the dress.

Gorgeous green color, but the dress has almost no lining and is very thin.  Only the front chest area is lined.  The collar lies beautifully but I have narrow shoulders, so it just didn't work for me.  If the dress had been made of thicker fabric AND had been lined, it would have been a stunner for others.  It feels cheap.
