Just the right length, the busy of the dress is a little thicker and snug, which was great if you don’t want to wear a strapless bra.

It fits really well. The fabric feels great. The small was a little tight in the chest with a 36C, I would like to get this in the medium and would consider buying it.  Great to find petite friendly clothes!

Other than the difficult to close clasp, this dress is fantastic. I bought it. Machine washable, tons of compliments. When I met Nick Verreos from project runway, the first thing he said was that he loved my dress. Wore with a jacket and leggings for work, without for fun. 

This dress was in my first RTR haul. I got it for work but I didn’t wear it because it was a little too short. I loved the fun colors but the neck clasp wouldn’t stay connected for the 10-15 minutes I had it on which was very frustrating. Also, if you don’t want your bra to show you need a strapless.  

The dress has a flattering cut overall - it’s pretty short for a “work appropriate” length but works if you are a shorter person (I am 5”5).  The halter portion was decently comfortable and fit well for someone with a larger chest.  The flair body was OK and I would have enjoyed it more as a more a-line cut.  The colors and material were a good pair and I enjoyed wearing the outfit overall. 

This fits stunningly on a curvy girl. 4 top/8/10 bottom. Medium was effortlessly cool on a 90 degree day. 

I thought it was cute; my mother said it looked like a skating outfit that Tonya Harding would have worn. It was cool and comfortable, and fit well.

This dress was just "meh". You also can also only wear bra with out straps or they will be showing. The clip in the back would not stay either.

This was a great dress! Not too short and fun colors. Neck clasp was hard to buckle solo, but overall a really great dress for a date or night out with the girls. 

I wore this dress to a work cocktail party. It fit well and was comfortable and transitioned well into going out afterwards. 

I wore this for a Pride parade and festivities as it is quasi rainbow. I got a lot of compliments. It was perfect for the weather and not too warm.  Hides any trouble spots but cute cut out in the back. Only wish it had pockets.

This was perfect for work and didn't wrinkle. The only thing I didn't like is where the colors meet the seam is a little bulky. 

Chose this dress for the colors, which did not disappoint! Also loved that while it's not a fit and flare, it was flattering for hips. Also didn't have to wear a bra with it since the material is so thick. Def a winner! 

I really liked this little shift dress!! It was a nice way to add some fun color without being too over the top. This is on the thicker side - I wore it in the middle of a summer heat wave so I really felt it. This would be perfect for spring or fall! 

My only (small) complaint is that though the straps are wide, they seem to be positioned so that my bra straps were showing quite a bit. 

I'm 5'0 tall - this hit just above my knee. I think it would be work appropriate for most women under 5'5 or so

Rented this because I loved the color combo. Very comfortable. A little too loose on the fit but think that is just the style. Slate & Willow has cute stuff but wish the construction and fabric were a notch better. 

Comfortable to wear but not particularly flattering.  Colors are nice. 

so cute. the colors flow nicely an easy to match with a variety of shoes and purse.  So flirty!

Wore it to an afternoon engagement and evening meeting. Clasp had some trouble staying closed but loved the dress! 

This dress doesn't look like much on the hanger but it flows when worn.  Very shoulder baring so a bit edgy looking.  Nice for a summer outing. 

Wore with a hot pink blazer to bring out the fun of the dress. 

Got a lot of compliments on the color and fit. Perfect for work/company events.

I wore to an evening cocktail/birthday party in the summer. Was perfect weight for indoor with AC but might be a little heavy for outdoors in heat. Loved the cut and colors and the drape, thickness of material hid any lines. I did wear a strapless bra because of the strap placement but smaller chested can get away without anything because of material. Definitely recommend!

A very easy throw on dress - wore to both work and to run errands during the summer. I'm 5'9" and the length was work appropriate for the summer. If you are taller, I'd size up for the length alone. 

I may seriously buy this dress. It was perfect for my event (work reception), tasteful but unique. Very easy to hide a belly. I'm 5'7" 250lbs and the 1x fit perfectly.

This dress feels nice.   Wasn’t quite fancy enough for a fall wedding, but would be cute for a party or event.

This dress is true to size and true to photos and very cute. Loved it. 

The tag is the itchiest tag I’ve ever had from RTR and I’ve been a monthly subscriber for nearly 8 years! I had to put tape over it. If you don’t have a way to cover it then don’t rent this. 

I loved that this wasn’t super tight and was a nice fit. It didn’t have me out here looking bigger, which is what happens with some dresses like this in plus size. The clasp in the back kept coming undone. I think that would be my only complaint. 

Solid work choice, wore with a cardigan. Nice weight to the fabric. 

The fit is great and the dress is comfortable, plus the colors really pop.  On the down side, the back clip doesn't stay clipped, so I was constantly refastening it all day.  Also, the navy blue liner hung below the hem line, so I constantly tugged the outer dress down.  I wanted to love this dress, but these issues made it less enjoyable to wear.

Could be tight in the neck area if you have broader shoulders and larger chest but it fit well for slim shoulders and large chest
