Added an obi to this dress because of the wide sleeves and to give it a bit more pop. Fit was fine. 

Loved this dress for work. It's flattering and professional, TTS. It was a tiny bit short for my office, but I wore it with tights and that made it fine.

Loved it! Wore with my black over the knee boots. Super comfortable. Lots of compliments. I had both the L and M shipped. M was slightly big but not a problem. Might not be the right dress if you will be cooking as the sleeves will get in the way... but there perfect when sipping on a cocktail!

The dress was great! It did run a little short. If you are taller than 5'5, I'd recommend a S over an XS just for the length. I ended up having to wear flats instead of heels with it.

I rented this dress for my sister's bachelorette party. I didn't want anything crazy, and this dress was perfect. After having two kids my bonds type is more "apple" than I would like, but this dress didn't cling or make me feel self conscious about my stomach. It could probably be styled to wear to the office, date night, or a wedding easily. I wore the large but also could have worn the medium I ordered if I had wanted something more fitted and shorter. For size reference I typically wear a 10 and am somewhere between 5'4" and 5'5".

This dress is awesome! It's easy to wear, flattering and so fun. I had rented a different dress that I didn't end up liking. This was my third choice for a back up, but it ended up being perfect. The length was fine with short heels, even for a work event. It was comfortable, and would have looked good as I wore it, or with tights and booties. Very versatile. This dress makes for a safe rental choice, but still made me stand out. Would definitely rent (or buy!) again.

I wore with boots and felt a bit like Stevie Nicks with the flowing sleeves lol.  A bit short for work but just to a length where I could get away with it.   Lots of material in waist. But I would not have wanted to size down because the arms are a bit smug.

I had to go with a size up. But the dress was super comfortable & everyone loved the sleeves. It was a perfect simple dress! Great for a winter wedding 

Comfy. Great color. Easy fabric. Those bell sleeves though were tough on a kitchen and cooking focused holiday like Thanksgiving .

Rented this dress for a wedding. Medium is my usual size but was too short so went with large. The sleeves of the large were longer and it was not as form fitting as I usually like. The material was a lot heavier then I was expecting-which was great for a cold December night, but became problematic on the dance floor since I got hot pretty quickly. Sleeves and color were my favorite parts of the dress. Beautiful bell sleeves. They did get in the way at the family style dinner with reaching across the table. Overall, good pick, but not my favorite RTR rental. 

Beautiful details on sleeves. Dress was thinner than expected and tighter. I normally wear a small or medium so height I'd be safe with hr medium. Did not flatter my loose skin on stomach and showed undergarment lines. Would definitely need some shape wear to help that out. Beautiful wine color. 

This would be really cute for someone smaller/shorter, but it hardly covered by butt and the sleeves were a few inches too short.  Such a bummer since it otherwise would have been perfect for my "mountain formal" work event

I love this dress. So comfortable and easy to wear. With hells, boots, booties. Dressed up or down. I'm 5'4" and it was a good length. Definitely on the shorter side but not inappropriate 

Loved the rich burgundy color of this dress. The fit of the dress itself is very flattering and hugs the curves without being too uncomfortable. The fabric of the dress was surprising, it's more of a light-weight, spandex type of materials, which I don't usually love, but was fine with for the dress.

I loved this dress! I rented it as a back up dress and would have worn it if it had fit. It ran a little small so it was too short for me to wear to the event. I'm normally a size small and definitely needed a medium. I do have long legs and normal need to purchase size longs in pants. 

Great work dress and very flattering. I decided to buy it because I felt like I could get a lot of wear out of it. 

This dress was really cute and fit really well. For a shorter person like me the length was perfect which is hard to find. The sleeves were really fun and it looked great with some over the knee boots. 

 I wore this to a family Thanksgiving party. It was comfortable but looked super fancy at the same time. I wore with tights and booties. I'd recommend getting a larger size for taller girls, as the dress was a little short on me (5'9"). 

Dress was super comfortable and extremely cute! The material is a little stretchy, which is nice. Would definitely wear again. 

Quality was great!  The length was fun, and the sleeves kept me warm when the sun went down.  Color is beautiful!

Perfect dress as a 'middle ground' between casual and fancier weddings.  It was a little short on me (but I"m close to 6 feet tall), so I wore it with tights, and it worked well!  Stretchy enough that it was super comfortable as I was running around helping at the wedding. I wore it for close to 12 hours, and it kept it's shape and was comfy the whole time. The bell sleeves were a fun touch -got lots of compliments.  Would highly recommend!  

I loved the color but yes, the bell sleeves can be tricky for eating. It's also very short so if you're wearing for a work party like I did, pair with tights (and even then I was a little concerned with the length).

It's important when wearing sleeves like this, but the waistline is defined. Otherwise, there's a chance he could just look baggy and shapeless. Thankfully the stress was able to create just enough shape in the waste, that it looked put together. The sleeves were not too silly.

The body of the dress was forgiving and of a good quality and weight.  I found the sleeves to be distracting and difficult to manage eating dinner in.  Overall, this dress is flattering and easy to wear.

Got lots of compliments (I rarely look "nice", just throw stuff on but RTR has changed my attitude on this), so I like that. The sleeves were super nice BUT too long during the meal we had (LOL). I'd like it ***** if I'd not had to dine while wearing it. 

I wore this for Thanksgiving 2018- it was pretty and fit alright, but I wish I would have gotten the medium. I'm on the taller side, and it was a little shorter and tighter than i would have preferred. 

True to size, comfortable in both style and fabric.  Loved the detail in the sleeves.  Wore with Frye boots

As others have mentioned its a bit short, but if you pair with some stockings it is still work appropriate. My only complaint is that it wrinkled a bit after sitting a while.
