I wore this dress for Christmas. The material is very good quality and the cut and style is very flattering. I am usually a size 4 and the size 6 fit me perfectly. The pattern is cute for winter but a bit drab, I wish it was a little more exciting. 

Very comfortable and cute fall/winter dress

I think this great for the office or an event where you have to step it up a notch. It’s an appropriate length and modest but still sexy and fun with a little ruffle hem. 

It was my birthday and I wanted to wear something that felt a little more special than normal. I rented this dress for a day in the office with meetings and presentations, followed by dinners and drinks with a friend. It felt great all day.

Material is a subtle plaid and fabric has some stretch and give. Back zipper is easy to zip up on your own. Loved it! 

Dress had a great fit! The material was a great weight for winter- paired with tights and booties and wore to work and then for drinks after. Didn't want to take it off! 

A tad big but overall great. Such a wonderful fall dress. 

I rented this dress for work, fit nicely and soft material. 

Very comfy for work and warm for cool weather. Paired with tights and boots. Also wore to church. Loved and would buy - but a bit pricey for me.

Very well made. Thicker than anticipated. Likely better suited for fall or winter.

Wore numerous time and got compliments every time I wore it. Not a lot of jewelry or accessories are needed- takes away from the style.

looking at the pictures, i am not as crazy about the fit as i thought i was, but i loved this dress. i wore it for regular 9-5 and then also for a cocktail thing after work one day. i still love it, but posting these photos has me a bit self conscious of my tummy...perhaps a size up next time.

Adorable! This plaid mini was such a hit with my friends and boyfriend , I snapped it right up! It looked great with tall boots.

My husband said this was a little "much" for my administrative role in a medical clinic but what does he know? I love this dress; it fits me like a glove. I found it to be true to size & a good length for tights & heels. It's stretchy which makes it comfy, but it still looks structured. The dark plaid is perfect for November! 

Very attractive dress. Good, heavy fabric with some stretch that doesn't cling to bulges. Very flattering cut with the flared bias ruffle at the hem and the V neck. Good tartan colour palette for fall/winter. The waist is cut oddly: too high for a natural waistline and too low for a true empire, it's more of a "Michelle Obama" waistline, in between the two. This meant that i kept having to pull the bodice down when sitting, as it tended to bunch upwards towards my already large bosom. I went with a 12 because I am large busted and didn't want the dress to be too tight around my torso; the size was fine except for the sleeves, which always tend to be long on me as I am short. The fabric is stiff enough that the problem was solved by simply tucking the cuffs under and they stayed put the entire time. Received many compliments. Liked the dress a lot.

This was my first time using RTR and I loved this dress. I got compliments all day at work. The dress is stretchy and so flattering. It was also very comfortable. The colors are great for fall. I loved how soft the liner is too. It made it even more comfortable to wear.

I am usually between a 2 and 4, but since I knew I was wearing this to work I went with the 4 in case the 2 was too short. The 4 still had some room, but was still flattering. The material is nice and warm. The dress wasn't tight or fitted in the waist/ribcage, so it was also quite comfy. I am 5' 7.5" and this hit me about mid-thigh or a little longer. 

This dress is "easy" i.e. coverage on the back, chest, and hemline are work-appropriate compared to some RTR dresses that are a little more daring. I actually got more compliments than I thought it would. My only reservation about it is the plaid is so dark and subtle that from a distance it looks more monochrome (and a little dull) than it really is. If I were the designer I'd make the exact same shape but with more vibrant colors. 

Was a little tight so I reordered in one size larger, 12.  A bit short but would look good with dark tights. Nice heavy stretch fabric and well made. 

Fits tts all over except hips. Sort of unflattering as it makes me look more hippy than I truly am. Warm and comfortable though. 

My fault, I like the dress,  but not for spring.  It would’ve been perfect for Christmas or winter holiday.

Loved the plaid design.  Fit is very comfortable.  The ruffled hem feels feminine.

I love the pattern of this dress.  It is perfect for the fall.  A nice staple for work.  Great for transitional weather too!  Fits well for petites.

I wore this for a work holiday event. The fit was just right. My husband loved it

I wore this to our family's Thanksgiving get-together with tall, brown leather boots. It was figure flattering and comfortable, and the great lining meant I didn't feel the need for shapewear to smooth anything out. I'm glad I sized based on the reviews. This is one I would definitely wear again!

The dress fits very well and is not too short. My only complaint is that the material is pretty thick and not the most breathable. I was sweating a little. Best to save it for a cool day.

Just okay.  Wasn't amazing- the hips were weirdly big, but I have pretty small hips.

Great looking dress, however I am 5'9 and it was way too short and inappropriate for work. If you are tall, beware!

Wore to work and also wore to a funeral. Was appropriate for both. The size 2 was just slightly big but 0 might have been too tight or less comfortable. Colors are great but note, it is black not navy blue as I thought when I ordered it.
