My expression in the photo reflects an issue I was having with the position of the horizon, not my satisfaction with this top. I loved it and got lots of compliments. I wore it to a couple of evening events with high-waisted jeans and really loved how relaxed the fit was. The knit was lightweight, and I went dancing without overheating. The lettuce-edge sleeves and ballet-ish neck were really flattering as well. I did wear a black sports bra under because there is some serious underboob if you raise your arms at all.
I LOVED how this fit me. I love a good oversized crop and this exceeded expectations. I love the neck, and the longer, bell sleeves. Just a stunning top that can be styled for work, or styled with leggings to look cute and cozy.
Overall Fit
Just right
Not too cropped so it went well with different rise bottoms.. I even wore it over a knit dress. The material is stretchy and breathable.
I’ve searched high and low for this sweater. It’s the perfect length, weight, and texture. The sleeves bow out to give it an extra flare. I love it so much I wish I could have kept it forever.
I love the shape of this sweater and it was so cozy and comfortable! But yet very stylish.
i absolutely loved this top!! i wore it so many times. reviews say the neckline is weird but i was obsessed with it. material is not sweater but it’s thicker than a normal shirt. would 100% rent again or even buy it!
With high waisted jeans it doesn't reveal too much… Until you lift your arms up. It's a relatively heavy sweater/shirt. I really like the way the sleeves have a slight bell at the end. It's perfect for a fun night out with friends
At first I felt this fit awkwardly because it is quite cropped with long sleeves and a wide neck. But- after wearing it a couple times I ended up rly liking it. Paired with high waisted jeans, plaid trousers, and skirt. Kept me surprisingly warm in fall weather too!
This top has a very interesting neckline and arm shape but i liked the character. I wore it twice during the rental period. I am glad i rented the medium based on reviews as i would expect the small to be too cropped and tight. The only downside to renting the medium was that the sleeves were really long but while eating i just cuffed them and it was not a issue. Overall a very unique piece from the shape to the fabric. This is definitely not a sweater but is a heavier fabric.
Really loved this sweater!
Such a cozy top to wear either with high waisted jeans or layered on top of a cute jumpsuit. It’s just a black top but the small details - the crop, the textured fabric, the unique hem - made it a more stylish wear.
Fun sweater for a night out or dressed down with jeans and converse.
I loved this sweeter. It felt trendy and cool but also classic. It was a little shorter then I expected so I had to wear with things higher waisted then normal
Loved the fit on this top, the long sleeves are actually really cute and pairs well with jeans as well as leggings.
WFH staple
It’s a really cute top with an interesting textile/texture! The sleeves are really long but nothing too off putting. The neckline looked cute in the pictures on RTR, but once it’s on myself it feels a bit awkward, like something is constantly touching my throat, lol. Doesn’t look bad by any means, just personally not my jam with the neckline
It is extremely short (especially if you have boobs), so I wore it once with a cute bra underneath (since it definitely showed when I lifted up my arms) and once with a tank under it. The sleeves are really long too, so I had to roll them up to eat. Fun piece as long as you're prepared for it to be super cropped.
Loved how comfy and cute this sweater was. Only issue were the sleeves - so comically long?! I used garment tape to tuck them up and under and didn't have any issues.
I liked the sleeves and cropped look but wish I could've ordered it in my usual size, was a little bigger than I wanted, but it was a great sweater to casually wear
This was very cute but still showed skin even with high waisted jeans. Not opposed to that but this is a heavy fabric- so once it was cool enough to wear, it felt too cool to bare my stomach.
I couldn't even lift my arms to move my hair without almost losing a boob out from under.
The sleeves are very oversized which made this feel impractical to me. Didn't mind the lettuce edge. There are no hidden "zippie" details despite the name
The fit is a little weird and the hemming is strange, didn’t hate it didn’t love it but can’t say I’ll rent it again.
I went up a couple sizes per some of the other reviews, and I feel like I could have done with an XL (normally I'm a L). It's cute with some high rise jeans, but I felt like I kept adjusting the neck. The sleeves are also super bell and long.
The material felt a little too stiff for this to be a cute crop top and neck line was a little odd. It wasn't horrible but I didn't really love it. This had potential cause the matching pants were so cute!
Honestly nothing special and I hated how big the tag was. Weird fit
Sleeves are way to long and neckline is odd - not worth the rent in my opinion.
Loose and too cropped.
From the photos it looked like this had raw edges/hem, but it is actually scalloped. Not what I was expecting
I’ve rented this before and thought I loved it but it’s soooo cropped and impractical for every day when you may need to lift your hands overhead. I sized up 1-2x again (for length as someone recommended) but that didn’t work. It’s cute overall, the sleeves are also impractically huge, and I’m already ready to send it back after one wear. Oh well. Now I know.
