Prudence Strappy Linen Maxi

I got invited to a fraternity formal and needed a dress ASAP. I found this one in purple and was a little scared cause of the reviews on it, but it fitted me perfectly (especially for a tall girl that plays sports)!

This dress is what lavender dreams are made of! It flows beautifully and the detailed back is to die for. I got so many compliments on this every time I've worn it. I've rented it twice and have worn it two times each time I rented it. This may be one of those breaks the bank dresses, that I eventually purchase. It. Is. Special.

Loved the color of this dress! Flowy and fit is true to size. Perfect for taller girls.

I really love the color of this dress and the way it accentuates my chest and waist but even with heels on, the dress was too long. For it being made of linen and thus more casual, the length is inappropriate. You should be able to wear it with sandals or wedges. Also be careful of the wrinkles- they are inevitable.

I thought the length was great for a tall person. The reason I didn’t wear this was because, although the empire waist was snug but fit, the chest section was too big and left extra fabric by my armpit.

Loved this dress and was sooo small .I'm a true xs/s or 0/2, and I couldn't zip it all all. There is no give in the fabric, so I couldn't wear it. Size up

This is a super comfortable dress. Make sure you size to your ribcage, though. The straps are adjustable, so as long as you size to the ribcage you'll be able to adjust the top to fit. The fabric is lovely, the color is wonderful. Dresses up or down. Wish I could keep it.

The fit was amazing! Hugged all my curves and the straps were adjustable. I was able to wear without a bra and feel comfortable too. The only downside is the length. It is a little longer than I would have liked and it touched the ground even with 3.5" heels.

Comfy, beautiful, but linen so you need to be okay with wrinkles on the dress if you are going to wear it.

Love this dress but it was too small. Will order again and size up.

Straps hard to adjust, zipper struck

Unfortunately it did not fit me. A great summer dress!

I rented it, but my 18 year old daughter ended up wearing it to Easter dinner and looked stunning. She is 5'91/2 " and it fit perfectly, with a gap in the armpit we handled with fashion tape. The quality is beautiful heavy linen that hung and swayed perfectly!

The color of this dress is absolutely gorgeous. Perfect for spring or summer. It is a fairly heavy linen, too heavy for the hot Texas summer. The top is fairly small, I'm a 36A/B and could not really wear a bra with it, it was so tight. But a very beautiful dress, would definitely recommend.

I wanted this dress to fit so badly, but the chest was way too small for me (I couldn’t finish zipping it up the side) even though the hips and length were great. This dress is so simple and beautiful, but it is definitely made for tall, slim, small busted folks.

I was excited to rent this for a wedding but was disappointed in the fit. The dress is so pretty but shorter than I had hoped, so I would have had to wear flats, and the band around my chest/ribs was really tight, so I knew it wouldn't be comfortable all night. It may have worked better if I sized up!

This dress is the most beautiful color and length. However, I could not get the zip up by my ribs, and this dress has ZERO stretch. I wanted to like it so badly, but I couldn't get it on.

Wasn't able to wear the large (or the backup medium.) I love the idea of this dress. I expected this likely should be form fitting to look it's best. After reading the other reviews that's why I tried my usual size and one down size. She zipped up fine. But alas, instead of looking like the beauty I hoped, the overflowing cleavage was too much to be flattering. Didn't wear it.

Absolutely loved the color and was excited to wear, but this number wasn't even close to fitting/zipping around my chest. For reference, I'm a 36B.

Fit TTS, to slightly big, through the waist but could not zip. Also, very long. For reference, I am a 36C there was no give at all. Pretty spring color and nice quality linen.

It’s runs TTS borderline small. It was extremely difficult to zip on the side due to the texture of the fabric, but we finally got it zipped. But then the straps were impossible to adjust even though they are adjustable. I ended up sending it back and not wearing it. The fabric is also pretty unforgiving, you could see the outline of my stomach and belly button even with spanx.
