Fit so well! So comfortable and flattering. 

This was a great fit and length for me! I wore it to a conference where I served as a keynote. But with an audience of all gen-Z college kids, I felt like a bit of a prude - like I was a wife in the handmaid’s tale. Lol I know how strange this sounds - it could also give a vibe of a 1950s flight attendant.

Worried about the pleats and folds, but it draped well. Good dress!

Wore this to a work event. Loved the design, fabric pattern and the fit. Received many compliments. 

I wore this for a large work event with our executive team and got so many compliments on how incredible I looked. It was fashionable and stood out, but very appropriate and elegant would highly recommend.

I wore this to my sister’s birthday dinner party and it fit like a GLOVE!! So many compliments, it felt fabulous on. The cut felt like I had it made bespoke. I may have to buy this one, I love it so much. I’m typically a size 6 which is what I rented and it was spot on (for reference I’m 36C, 27 waist, 37 hips and I’m 5’7”). 

I love this dress. It’s a bit snugged in the stomach area, so if you’re pear shaped it may be a bit difficult to get on. As the others said, you’ll need to go up a size. I’m normally a 10 and the 12, was just right

This dress was amazing!!! The cut, material, feel, the way the material laid, just EVERYTHING! Totally loved this! I had to wear a sweater during the day because the weather didn't cooperate, but cream looked great with the color palette. I would absolutely recommend this dress to everyone!! Pictures don't do justice!

I wasn’t sure I was going to love this but it turned out to be one of my favorite rentals. I got so many compliments and the fit was amazing!

i loved this dress and wore it twice while traveling for work. the fabric is high quality and the draping around the waist is beautiful and so flattering. length was perfect on my 5'6" frame (with 3 inch heels). will definitely rent again.

Debated buying it. I'm a 12/14 and wore the 14. Both fit but I thought the give in the 14 was not flattering. Wore it for a conference at work and got lots of compliments. The extra fabric in the skirt allowed me to cover the slit when sitting. Worth a try.

Fit perfectly, length was great wjth heels. There are weights inside the cowl to drape it   Will rent again

This is the perfect work dress. It’s professional but still fun and different from typical workwear. I got so many compliments on it. Jonathan Simkhai always fits perfect in my opinion and the quality is always amazing!

Great fit, even for petites and comfortable to wear. The fabric is more on the heavy side, appropriate for Fall and Winter and even Spring where temps are cooler.  I paired it with a khaki blazer and  2 inch heeled boots for work and received many compliments. 

The fit! The pattern! The shape! The dress alone has made me a dress girly. I wore to a work conference and a holiday party and that was enough for me to purchase. You’ll feel so good in this one! 

I bought this as soon as I tried it (thank you RTR’s Black Friday sale). The dress fit perfectly and is great for the office. Great quality and so flattering.

I am quite literally obsessed with this dress. It’s so flattering and comfortable! Zipper on the side but still has some flex in the fabric (I wouldn’t go so far as to call it stretchy fabric). High quality material. 100/10.

Absolutely adored this dress. The material was thicker and super flattering. Loved the slit. Contemplated purchasing but it’s on the pricier side. Will definitely rent again.

Was showing off the bag here but this was a great office fit

Thought this was unique, work appropriate. Wore on a warm day where sleeveless made sense, but the neck and the pattern and material are more winter appropriate. I think I thought this was more of a showstopper than anyone around me. And a little bit snug where the zipper laid under the arm.

Fabric was great quality, a thicker material. Slit went up a little high when sitting down but was still work appropriate. Loved the neck and how it gave the dress shape!

My friend said it looks like a play pretend work dress and she’s kind of right but maybe for someone with a shorter frame! Great quality tho

What a gorgeously crafted dress!!!! I was so obsessed I had to buy it. I felt so chic and got so many compliments the one day I was planning to wear it, it was a no brainer! 

Really beautiful material, but fitted for sure! Love the flowy skirt though. Wore this to work and for an event after. Worked perfect for both!

I rented this dress for a professional poster presentation and also wore it while participating in a panel. The quality is impeccable, and the dress is structured so well it creates a beautiful silhouette without overwhelming a small frame. A detail I particularly appreciated was the small weight in the cowl neck, which ensures it stays in place perfectly. This dress is dramatic and eye-catching while still being appropriate for a professional setting. I would definitely recommend it!


This dress was good for my curves. It is thick material and has a smooth fit. I got tons of compliments when I wore it to an interview.
