Slinky heavy knit that was easy to wear and move around in all day 

Loved this dress! Super cute, work appropriate, conservative length and not too short, but formfitting so also not too frumpy. I’m 5’7 around 125lbs and XS was a good fit for me.

Nothing to write home about. Shows every bump and pantyline you have. Picked it because it was easy-on and looks good with compression tights while I recover from knee surgery. Did its job! Top part looks great on zoom calls. 

Great quality and very flattering fit.  Don’t be afraid the the horizontal stripes

Wore this a few times to work. Fits my second trimester bump great! Material is thick and sturdy while still being plenty stretchy!

This dress was a solid choice for work in the fall and winter and looks great with black tights as well. Hugged my hourglass figure but didn't make me look chunky. This style was just a little outdated for me but it's a great rental.

I loved this dress! I feel like you can't tell how pleated it is in the pictures so it was a little different than I was expecting but I actually loved it. 

This dress is so flattering. Fits perfectly and the pleating at the bottom give the best amount of flare. Rented this just for work but I plan to keep it and wear a few more times before sending back.. 

I wasn't sure if this dress would be to form fitting for work but it's perfect! 

Gotta love the stretch in this dress. Great for work. Lived the midi length in the sleeves. Looked tiny on the hanger but it has oodles of stretch to it. Thought it made my chest look bigger than I am, although I am not small by any means. Great basic wardrobe. 

I wore this on a date and to exhibit at a convention. Very cute and versatile. I felt so comfortable and got many compliments.

I wore this to work and loved the fit and pattern. The material is lighter weight than it looks in picture. For anyone who has a wool allergy, this is a great alternative for fall and winter. 

When I first got this, the waist looked frighteningly tiny! But when I put it on it was so flattering. I added a wide belt for a little more waist definition. I'm under 5 feet and it hit below my knee. Material is comfortable, I felt great in this dress all day! Will probably rent again. 

Loved the fit, looked great with and without tights underneath. Wore it to work, wore it on date, wore it to weekend vacation in Portland. No spanx needed which is always a huge plus. 

Very nice weight - heavy enough to smooth any lumps or bulges - wore for work in Chicago during very cold weather - super flattering .

Fit better than expected. I am petite and the length was good. Could have been shorter, but for work it was perfect. Material is very flattering 

Don't be alarmed by how small this dress looks on the hanger! It stretches beautifully to hug/flatter whatever curves you may have. Great worn with tights for work.

The design is so flattering! I got complimented throughout the day!  Great for work and I'd also wear it out on a date or dinner. The color on the stripes are more pink than it shows up in the model picture, but it still all looks great together. 

I don't know if I can send this dress back, it's so comfortable, flattering and the material is luxurious. Fit in the bust - which is always a challenge for me!

Probably my favorite RTR. Terrific dress, super comfortable- thick fabric that hides a multitude of sins. Hard to find a long sleeved dress for winter and this is it!! Length work-appropriate. Compliments all day.

Normally a S but sized up bc I find the brand runs small. 

This dress is so flattering and classy. I wore it for a work holiday party and received so many compliments. Highly recommend! 

I thought it would be heavier material but instead it's kind of thin, which does give it more movement.
Not especially in love with it and the colors seemed brighter than in the photo. Overall it's decent for work but not sure it was worth renting. 

You would think stripes would make you look bigger but this dress accents you in all the right places. Material is very forgiving and stretchy. I've tried other Shoshanna dresses where I needed to where a large but this dress wasn't constricting in any way. If you are debating sizes, I would size down. I'm between sizes but closer to an 8 than 10 and still found the medium to be quite roomy. 

I sized up in this dress based on other reviews & that was the right call. Despite how it looks on the hanger (seriously it was like 10" wide... major side-eye happening in my bedroom) it hangs on the body amazingly! (Full disclosure - wearing shaper tights today!) I'm so comfortable in this dress & I have received a bunch of compliments so far, so I think that's a win! 

Why does this dress have to be so expensive!? I would have bought it in a heartbeat if it were half the price. Oh well! Seriously, I love the colors and the shape - the material is a decent heft and the pleating make for a very flattering silhouette. My picture is a little dark, but I wore with black tights and gray ankle boots. It's not too tight and the length is just right for work attire.

I have now worn this dress to work twice and used it to travel once since it's not a wrinkly fabric. The colors and stripes are so cute and fall-appropriate and I find the knit super flattering.

The colors were a little dark and drab for me - the red is pink in real life too

3/4 sleeves good for a warm fall day not too thick

Fabric was a little scratchy - my skin is super sensitive though

Fits true to size maybe a tad small in bust but it stretched out throughout the day

I wore with leggings but wasn't too short



Rented for a school evening event and felt it really stood out over a sea of suits.   Nice fall colors in stripes.   Very comfortable.  True to size.

Love the fit and flattering stripes of this dress. Perfect for work and after work drinks!
